Recommend you never purchase a used car from this dealer,

Recommend you never purchase a used car from this dealer, especially if your from out of state, e.g. through Carfax. They sold us a 2024 BMW and didn't have the title. They then took 1 1/2 months and the involvement of the General Mgr. to get the title. Despite many phone calls and emails mentioning sending the title to our DMV in Nebraska, it was never mentioned that they would be sending the title to a Tag & Title company in Florida, which has caused yet another week's delay ( Cavender didn't send all necessary paperwork at first). The financial manager acted disinterested and unfriendly when dealing with the paperwork. When we drove to San Antonio 800+ miles from Omaha to purchase the car (Carfax gave the dealer a high rating and it was listed as a Good Price) we found the vehicle had a large crack across the entire windshield that they didn't mention prior to our leaving Omaha and was hidden in all pictures. We were ready to cancel the deal and leave for home when they wouldn't get it fixed for us that day. That's when they figured out how to get it fixed and delivered to our hotel at 8:30pm. Nebraska has a 30-day timeframe for tax and licensing a vehicle. We have been accumulating a fine each day this fiasco goes past July 3rd. This is not a dealer I would ever work with again. Negligent at the very least.

We bought a cat from Gus 2 and a half weeks ago.

We bought a cat from Gus 2 and a half weeks ago. Gus was amazing. He gave us what we needed for trade in and we got the car we saw online. We live 6 hrs away and did everything by text and email. He even drove three hours to meet us half way to deliver the car. The car is amazing and I love it. With that being said, the finance department leaves something to be desired. We have and still are dealing with finance. We went through our own bank because we are established with them and knew it wouldn't be an issue and it wasn't. The issue is the lack of communication with Jose in finance. My bank is still waiting on a document he has failed to email over. I have emailed Jose n finance and called Jacob, the manager, and have not heard back from either. Gus is AMAZING but finance, definitely not.

The salesman Jesus Marquez did a fantastic job at getting

The salesman Jesus Marquez did a fantastic job at getting us into our new pickup. A little put off by the finance department coming back after all was hashed out and tried to change the bottom line. Unacceptable. They did end up accepting the deal. 😃

Stopped by to check out what looked like a great deal on their website, was greeted by Gerson Torres who started assisting me in the test drive and ultimate sale and worked with Gustavo Cisneros who assisted too. Both were very helpful, professional and very pleasant to work with. They honored their price and I drove away with an amazing price. I am very impressed with Cavender. Would certainly go back as they play fair.

Called service to inquire about price of oil and filter

Called service to inquire about price of oil and filter service. Was transferred 3 times to different people. Never was given a price so I hung off after being told some one would give me a call!
