I had an appointment for 11:30am for an oil change and

I had an appointment for 11:30am for an oil change and inspection. It took almost three hours to complete! I was there with my toddler waiting for my car. It has never taken that long before. Very stressful.

Colin and Mr.

Colin and Mr. Himmat from the finance department were amazing. I’m not a big fan of the manager who wants customers to do things her way but I understand she may have had instructions from admin. Overall it was a good experience.
