Sean was very helpful. I contacted them about a car before I went there. Sean test drove the car and shot a personal video for me to see the car. He was friendly in person and helped with the test drive. I ended up not buying the car, but Sean was still friendly as we parted. Good selection of quality cars. Will consider them for future car purchases.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY USED HERE!!! Drove 2 hours one way to look at a pre-owned ram 1500 with 110k miles. I Asked the salesman to send me a video of the truck cold starting , which he did, but also asked if it had any engine ticks or noises of any kind in which he said no. the video also confirmed this so we worked a verbal deal. I showed up the next morning as they opened with a check ready to buy he said let me pull it around, i said no i wanna hear it cold start, his eyes shifted and he stuttered something about letting someone else work the deal. Regardless i walked out and the new sales guy hurried up and hit the remote start before i got all the way to it... boy what a racket it made... needless to say that truck had failed cam/ lifters and also a good manifold/ exhaust leak. Truck also had a bed full of trash and the inside looked like it just came off a construction site! I voiced my concerns and said i would still be interested is the truck was fixed or discount it a couple grand and ill do it. The guy comes back with a offer of $1500 higher than they agreed to the day before on a non-ticking truck, lol. Bottom line they knew the truck had issues and was not disclosed on the ad whatsoever! The second sales guy was argumentative and really should find a new line of work.

I had service performed at Mike Castrucci CDJR of Cincinnati, OH on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara 2-door that I had purchased from Mike Castrucci Ford Lincoln in Alexandria, KY on 08/24/2024. The vehicle was transferred from Alexandria to Cincinnati for Air Conditioner service. Sammy Castrucci keep me informed on the progress of all the repairs that were being performed. when the service was completed Sammy Castrucci had the vehicle delivered to my home in Indiana. I want to commend Sammy and all of the service department staff for going above and beyond, great customer service!!

Great experience. Best ever buying a new car. It was such a great experience that we went back the week after and bought a second new one from them.

I did not purchase a car from Mike. However he was very thorough and all his communication with me. Sent me a very detailed video of the vehicle I was interested in. I appreciate his quick response, as well as his thoroughness, since I had told him that I was out of state. The vehicle was in good shape. Did not make the drive to purchase from Mike, is that I found another similar vehicle local to me, which saved me a trip.

Dishonest… do not trust them!! I bought a pre-owned vehicle 7 months ago, I have put less than 3 thousand miles and the vehicle is falling to pieces. I’ve had to put 5 thousand dollars in repairs for in vehicle just in the last three weeks and plus a few hundred in prior months.. and there are more in the horizon. When I contacted the service department manager about my issues his response was basically “stuff happens” and referred me to the sales manger “Rocky”… he hasn’t had the courtesy or professionalism to return my calls. It’s an older model vehicle but I did spend 15 thousand dollars on it so I should be treated like a customer… or antvthe very least, an human being. I am warning everyone on social media and any place that I can leave a review to stay far away from this absolutely terrible dealership.
