Fast and efficient service.

Fast and efficient service. The waiting area has free snacks, water, TV and a charging station for your phone. Alexis was the best and helped me out with any questions I had. I definitely plan on going back for my next service

I recently had an interesting experience that turned around my perspective on Victory Toyota. Initially, I was disheartened to learn that the recall on my vehicle needed to be addressed there. After having two disappointing experiences at the Jefferson location, I had decided to take my service elsewhere and had shared my frustrations with others, many of whom agreed with my choice. However, this most recent visit to Victory changed my mind about their service. The communication from the staff before my appointment was both informative and professional, setting a positive tone. Upon arriving at the Service Department, I was impressed by how clean and organized the facility was. The employees were friendly and effectively communicated with clients, which made a significant difference in my comfort level. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved—especially considering my previous doubts about letting Victory handle such an important issue with my vehicle. It seems that Victory may have just won me back!

Thank You Mike for a great experience

I had a great experience buy a vehicle on Wednesday 4/5/23 the salesman Michael Baker made the whole experience very enjoyable. Mike was very helpful and had a very good knowledge of the vehicle. And he was very easy to work with, even though I am old he made me feel like we were old friends.

Went in for an oil change, mentioned that a 4HI & 4LO

Went in for an oil change, mentioned that a 4HI & 4LO light flashed a few weeks prior and asked about it. They called and said they would have to diagnose it more (@ $149 per hour) no problem, I asked to leave it alone because it really wasn't an issue, oil change only please. Picked up the truck, and the light has been flashing ever since. I called and asked for explanation (because I need to tell the next mechanic at a different dealership)--at first the person on the phone just told me they turned it on and it was like that. After I explained, again, it wasn't like that and that light only happened twice and the last time was weeks before she said she would talk to the tech -- calls me back with "tech put it in 4HI and then 4LO and light came on"... so went in with a non issue and picked up with an issue.

Good service department

Took my 2017 Toyota Tacoma for a recall check , 10 minutes later all done truck completely checked over. Thankfully my truck didn't have the recall problems.

Excellent service

I will take my F-150 here any time. Excellent service and very nice staff. Nice waiting room. They explain everything to me. I can't say more.
