I just bought a brand new Kia Telluride.

I just bought a brand new Kia Telluride. I will say I am not a fan of Kia-Long Story. I did research this fullfills our needs while staying cost effective. We met with DiAngelo. He was very informative and spent a good amount of time going through the car explaining all of the details no one ever explains. This was by far my best buying experience. Very thorough and honest. The Finance Manager, Greg, was also very polite. I did not feel pressured and while it did take a long time, the experience was a good one.

Horrible dealership misleading customers who are unaware

Horrible dealership misleading customers who are unaware of there thievery practices stay away even the General manager is trash Antonini as well as Ashley service manager and some thug called Carl that calls you to harass you all along laughing at the fact that your car broke down and they won’t take responsibility for there COMPLETE INCOMPIDENCE !!!! Stay away please fair WARNING

Great Job!

Great staff! No issues! Even cleaned my car. I really appreciate your shop's service. The perks are great, too! I only have to pay alternating times. Thanks so much Michael KIA!

Where's the Rattle??

The purchase of my 2017 Kia was good. I have been trying to get a persistent rattle fixed. Service keeps telling me there is nothing wrong. I guess I'm hearing things!! I'm in the process of going to another garage for service!

I would never recommend buying here Mario is rude

Mario the owner yelled at me and my sister right in front of my two-year-old niece about what he is not going to fix on the car. A 2014 Toyota Corolla was bought and the tires were bad so they put tires on the radio didn't work so they finally put a radio in all along this took a good month they gave me a loaner that broke down. So I go in today to find out why there is an accident report in my paperwork because they told me there was no accidents on the car they asked where I got this from,? They were pretty shocked they said they never told us there was no accidents. And told us that the car was totally safe. Yet the windshield wipers are falling off the car. Or gets me is that he thinks he can just yell at customers like that? And I've seen plenty more reviews just like this so it's not just me. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. They can say they did this they did that but it was all a big run around to get anything done nothing was simple nobody's on the same page there and I blamed it on Mario because he is the owner he is the head of the place and I kind of felt bad for the guy that sold us the car because he didn't know what Mario was going to say that day because he just feeds you what you want to hear to get you out and just pacify you hoping that your warranty probably ticks away in the meantime. the place is a total joke do not buy a car from here I guarantee you will feel the same way.

The service was good, and friendly

I got you appointment right away, they even cleaned inside my car and washed it also. Very friendly people, there was free coffee and T.V. While I waited, the wait wasn't dry long, happy I taken my car there for service

First time lease owner

I love Michael KIA when I leased my vehicle never thought I would drive a KIA I absolutely LOVE my 2017 Sportage Look forward to lease renewal.I always service my KIA with the service department which I love.They know who I am always efficient I plan to be a life time customer it's always easier as well as comfortable to buy/ and or lease as well as have services done when you feel like they are not only doing their job but care about you as a customer and what you like and dislike, and can recognize who you are the instant u walk thru their door...Love you guys!!! See you again soon

Very very unprofessional

Walked in the door to a very unprofessional so called sales manager Mario!!! Was looking at a used Jeep that I was told just came in the other day that was not the case it has been there over a week and was being used as a personal vehicle!! Was not ready at all!! It was gross inside!! Was told it was not test drive ready when we already had an appointment for it!! Mario was very rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated like that ever!! And they hit my credit with out my Permission!! I did not give them any information!

Worst sales person and it was GM

All I asked for was a botyom line price only to have the GM call me back in a short 2 mins call and attack me .Like literally attack me and used the most condescending tone ever. I expressed I was being ripped over by another dealership and he felt it was grounds to attack wow I had cash coming in to buy on the spot .ok it leaves one to wonder how you made it to a GM being AAOle to customers
