I had the most delightful car buying experience EVER and I have purchased quite a few in my days! Alex M. (Sales Representative) , Ryan (finance manager), and Michael (sales manager) are extremely professional, friendly, and customer-centric. Their listed price for the vehicle purchased was accurate, I was not subjected to any of those silly games most dealerships play with hidden fees and unnecessary add ons. I got an amazing deal on a CT4 for a phenomenal value, so much so I drove over 2.5 hours from the Inland Empire just to purchase at Cadillac at Calabasas. The purchasing process was seamless and expeditious, I was in and out in a couple of hours. The dealership is very new, modern, immaculate, and easily accessible, it's right off the freeway. I would definitely trek to do it again if I had to. This is my fourth and I don't anticipate it being my last Cadillac purchase. I will definitely purchase from this dealership again. I wanted to special order a 2025 CT5V and I could have chosen any Cadillac dealership to order it through. I am glad I chose Cadillac of Calabasas! Sam was great to work with! He did not try to steer me into similar cars they had in stock and listened to my needs. Since I ordered this car, I really did not have an advantage to negotiate the price from. When the car did arrive, they did not increase the price and I received rebates and even a little off of the price! I highly recommend Cadillac of Calabasas and Sam!!!!
