Terrible Experience – Dishonest Pricing and Poor Customer
Terrible Experience – Dishonest Pricing and Poor Customer Service Avoid this dealership at all costs. I tried to buy a used Ford F-150 and was met with nothing but shady tactics. They refused to provide a clear breakdown of fees, raised the listed price by almost $3,000 just because I didn’t use their financing, then added another $7,000 in surprise charges. The internet sales manager, Edward Miller, was unhelpful and kept dodging my request for an out-the-door price—just insisted I come in person. Classic bait-and-switch. The price online is not the price you’ll pay. Dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.
