Good Experience
Recently purchased used vehicle from Fucillo Nissan. It was an interesting experience because I was actually buying back my old car and coming from out-of-state. I had traded it in to a dealer near me and the car ended up at Fucillo Nissan. After 2 months with the newer car, realized I liked my old car better. My salesperson was Ty and I also dealt with Montana in the business office. They were both highly professional and showed good attention to detail. The new showroom is beautiful and the dealership hours are very flexible, making it easy to go after work or on the weekend (open pretty late & also on Sundays; not just Saturday).

Never agin had a bad experience
My first day in today I came in to purchase the Audi A7 but the sales person told me he cant show it to me unless he runs my credit and i get approved witch i never heard of something stupid like that i left very disappointed never agin.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer

Unprofessional & do not what they are doing
The salesperson walked out when I was at the lot checking out a Jeep I wanted to test drive, he was totally relaxed and not pushy at that point. I stated I would keep in touch if I wanted to buy the Jeep, I did make the desicion to buy the Jeep. Called the salesperson and started the process, first off I could not get through to him and it was phone tag. Drove an hour away to pick up the Jeep after getting the check at my bank where I got a loan out. That Saturday morning, the sales person knew I was coming but I got there and the Jeep was not cleaned. I brought my boyfriend with me that day to make sure everything was okay before I went through with the sale, when he test drove it he realized the brakes were warped and make the Jeep shake when going faster than 50. My heart was set on the Jeep so we asked if they would budge on the price and we would fix them or if they would fix them. They said no and wouldn't even let me look at the service papers that stated what was done to the Jeep. They had the wrong recall in the Jeep that was for a mustang and the Jeep did not even have the user manual. I had to have just the registration in my moms name due to insurance and fucillo did not listen, they put it all in my moms name. After a month and a half I still don't have my registration due to them not getting signatures when I picked up the Jeep. They sent me one to sign in the mail and my signature was forged but I still signed it since I need my registration. I got a call stating they did it wrong so DMV did not approve it..now they are sending me another one. Do they know what they are doing? Is everyone trained right? I am just a very annoyed customer, the whole buying process was not easy and very stressful. I would not suggest Fucillo Nissan to anyone at all.

Gimmicky
Bought a used vehicle there fall 2017. The salesmen literally flock to you when you walk in like fresh prey. There are many, many of them. It's not HUGE, it's quite gimmicky and obnoxious, much like the commercials. After the sale was completed, I immediately had a problem with it the next day and took it to get fixed. They paid for it of course but it kind of debunks their '100 point' check on every vehicle. My salesman never contacted me since the sale to check in and I find that not very personable. I guess once you sign, see ya. I have been contacted a few times by the dealership to re-sign paperwork they made errors on which is inconvenient.

Suburu Crosstrek Premium
I had a great experience. I was able to haggle, the financial people there were fantastic and my salesman Bryan Smith was an all around awesome guy. They were very helpful, and I got the deal that I wanted. The building and the lot are beautiful, and well organized. The process want too stressful and only took a few hours.

Lifted Titan Pickup
I was blown away with how beautiful and tech savvy the showroom was when I entered. Got greeted immediately and was really impressed as to how knowledgeable the salesman was. I was looking for a Titan with a lift kit and he knew exactly what I wanted. He helped me through the process and set me up with a Titan pickup with a 6" rough country lift kit. I was in heaven! The staff was incredible, meet the sales and finance mangers and the salesman even took me for a tour through the service center and introduced me to the service manager. What an INCREDIBLE facility! Took delivery and even got to meet the dealerships GM. He was quite appreciative that I purchased a titan with the lift kit. He himself was quite knowledgeable about them. Overall I could not be happier. From start to finish everyone went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Thank You Fucillo Nissan of Latham staff and associates. You ROCK!

Terrible!
Terrible service! I was asked to do a credit application to hold the vehicle I wanted. I test drive it Thursday, and said I would be back Sunday with the down payment. I showed up Sunday, and they had sold it. The sales manager said he would try to help me out. He pulled up a vehicle nothing like the first. Then said he was giving me a "deal". He gave me a price that was $500 more than what the vehicle was posted for. I will NEVER go here again, and I suggest you be very cautious!!
