Do Not Recommend.

Do Not recommend. Did not honor coupon found on website and didn’t even know it existed despite being 26 days into the coupon dates. Sub par customer service. Made appointment on phone, was told would be an hour. Arrived to wait for my car and was told it would be three hours.

I found the vehicle online.

I found the vehicle online. It was an extremely easy transaction. They drove it down to North Carolina for me. Thank you!

BEWARE, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION & SERVICE.

BEWARE, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION & SERVICE. You recently serviced my truck, a 2019 F250 in November, a truck we bought from you last November (2021.) You charged approximately 3000 dollars for diagnostic services and repairs that were inaccurate and unnecessary. What made the situation even more untenable was the fact that even after that large expenditure, the truck still did not run. You then wanted to charge a minimum of 5000+ dollars for additional repairs, which were also inaccurate and unnecessary. As you well know, we had the truck towed from your garage as we were highly dissatisfied with what we perceived as a lack of transparency and forthrightness on your part. We made known that we had doubts about what the problem was diagnosed as (for good reasons.) We took the truck to another mechanic who ascertained what the problem was (completely and totally unrelated to what you said it was). The repair took less than a day, and this mechanic did not charge for the basic repair that was performed, as it was covered under factory warranty. You held our truck for weeks without being able to accurately diagnose or fix, giving concerns about your capabilities and honesty. Obviously, the loss of three thousand dollars is not something we can take lightly. We would like to think that, working and talking together, we can come up with a solution that would spare a local business from costly litigation and bad publicity. We would like to speak to you on this matter. We have called multiple time, left our information, and have been told that you'd get right back to us. Days to weeks, and still no communication. We are hoping your establishment has integrity we are yet to see, and will reach out as soon as possible.

We Need Direct Sales in NY

They fail to treat people with respect, just a wallet that they intend to take from. After waiting months on a vehicle and dealing ill informed and under informed sales staff I was told they were adding an extra 10k to my vehicle because they wanted to and it was an undisclosed policy even though I asked about this practice at the beginning of the process.

Never again!

--Took three trips to dealership before the vehicle I was interested in was cleaned up and ready to finalize sale. They knew I was coming back and agreed to have it ready each time-- but failed each time. Hours wasted just sitting in their showroom. (Overheard another couple sitting nearby complaining of a similar experience.). Regardless of these warning signs, I purchased the vehicle. -- As listed on the Vehicle Purchase Agreement, I paid the "dealer's optional fee" of $175 (Not a DMV fee) for processing the registration and title. I was given new plates (Paid $100) and a temporary registration good for six weeks, and was told I would get the permanent one in the mail. As the end of the six weeks approached and no registration arrived, I contacted them again and was told it was mailed the week before. Another week went by, (meanwhile the temporary expiration date expired), but still no registration sticker arrived. Called dealer about it and spoke to a staff person who promised a call back that day-- no call back to date. Today I went to Motor Vehicle and paid for a replacement registration sticker. (The registration did show online.) --Icing on cake, after leaving DMV, the "change oil soon" light came on, 2,000 miles since purchase. (No oil change prior to purchase?? ---Based on my experience, my opinion on this dealership is that Wally's staff are disorganized, unprofessional and not too concerned about customer satisfaction.

Was quoted for my service appointment via text message

Was quoted for my service appointment via text message while my car was in for service. Once I arrived the invoice was for $100.00 more than what I was quoted. Horrible customer service, no apology and refused to honor the price I was quoted. I will be reporting this to the BBB and NYS Attorney General's Office. Also they replaced my air filter and left the hosing loose and hose disconnected. I reached out to contact them via their website the same day I had this issue and no one has contacted me, almost a week later.

F150 lightning for 20000 more than sticker price.

Called about a F150 lightning they had in stock with sticker price of 65000, I called and they said it was 82000 for an XLT which is the price for the brand new Lariat model. I told them the price was 20000 more than sticker price and ford has told dealerships this was not going to be aloud. I would never buy from this place. We were fine paying sticker price or a few thousand more. But 20000??! This is why car dealerships are going away.

Beware, horrendous!!

Under misrepresented mileage on purchase contract and were rude when bringing it to their attention as if it were my fault for their screw up. Have to go to court for compensation. They do not return calls, so had to secure my own financing. Unprofessional, disorganized and no effort or concern for customer satisfaction.
