Be warned!! Don’t go there!!

If there was a negative star there would be plenty!! Hours and hours we spent there, then had to take truck back!! Then get there (after they call and say it’s done) and nothing was done but one thing of a very lengthy list we gave them, that should have been done before we picked it up in the first place!! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!!! This place is backwards on everything!! Don’t waste your time or money!! I had to rate 1 star because you don’t have a fat 0 and it wouldn’t let me continue without doing it

Very poor service

Bought a car here was the worst mistake ever I trusted they wud sell me quality,,, the car shakes an nobody knows why ,,,,, they don’t get back to me about my questions very very disappointed... The car also has scratches an small dents underneath they never mentioned they said they wud fix some stuff before I picked it up but never happened.... also extremely slow

Salesmn

Ed Revira made my experience great. He even came down on his day off toget my car ready and fill out paperwork. Your sales department was no pushy and made my time there delightful. Thanks Ed you were awesome!!

Very poor experience

The staff at the auto plex are not interested in the cust. They don't listen to what the customer has to say, repeating ourselves over and over. They are only interested in selling a vehicle. They shake your hand on an agreed upon price then try to get you to buy at different terms. There are too many middle men trying to make a deal as we dealt with two finance guys, one making the deal and one getting the financing from the bank plus the salesman. We were upfront and stated what we would and not do- money down, length of loan, credit score, and payment range. We said, if you can't make this happen that is ok but don't keep running back and forth. We don't play these games. But an hour and half later, after shaking hands on a deal, they can't make the deal agreed upon and want to extend the financing by 12 months and still with a higher payment. They have been in this business long enough to know if they can make this deal happen or not without wasting an hour and a half of our time. I don't see us ever going to any Fucillos again.

Service here borders on incompetence

Took my 2013 Ford Fiesta Se here for the door latch recall. The entire job per the Ford Motor Company paperwork should have taken no more than 3 hours. Took them 5.5 to 6 hours. Then come to find out that they sent the car out without a working Driver's door outside mirror...mirror worked when driving there. The door latch for rear driver's side has the screws 1/2" to 3/4" sticking out away from the door. They are now refusing to touch my car. I have been talking to Ford and to a lawyer. Will be filing with NYS DMV as well as the service area is under their control. TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE AS A SEVERE LAST RESORT because you may get it back in worst shape then when you took it in!!!! By the way the complete complex there is well aware of the issues in the Ford building

Amazing

Went in around 10am on a Sunday and left with a vehicle that day. Everything was taken care of for me and the payment, price, and vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. Great car buying experience!!! Thank You Nate!!!

Newly purchased car does not run, dealer will not repair

Just purchased used car - had it in twice for same issue. Not only can't they fix it, but they charge you for no service within the warranty period.

Awesome

I was in a rut.. and Ed Rachon and Scott Riegel from Fuccillo Ford put me in a awesome sporty 2016 ford fusion.. They were not only efficient,friendly but very professional. . I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Above and beyond... Every time!

Above and beyond... Every time! I used to think that buying a new vehicle had to be an agonizing experience... that was until I stopped at Fuccillo Ford in Nelliston, NY when my wife was car shopping a year ago. I have bought many new vehicles in my life and it seems as though I usually feel the need to take a shower after the painful negotiation process. I hadn't previously met a single person who worked there and yet after each and every experience, felt as though we had been treated like family. A year later... I just took possession of the fourth new vehicle purchased from them, by me and/or a member of my immediate family. I visited a different dealer before I went out there last week. I didn't take those figures to Fuccillo and ask them if they could beat them. I certainly didn't have to. I paid within a few dollars of the first quote, only this time the sales tax, interest and all applicable fees were included and had yet to be added to the first dealer's numbers. Also the first dealership offered me their best interest rate of 3.7% while commenting "This only applies if you have a perfect credit score". Fuccillo found me 0% financing AND, sales manager Scott Rieger took it upon himself to dig for other potential incentives and found a way to throw in undercoating, paint and ScotchGuard protection. This was AFTER the deal had already been made!! I can only speak for one sales associates at this dealership. That's because Ed Rachon has treated us so far above and beyond what we have come to expect from typical auto salespeople, we have and will continue to work with him exclusively as long as he work there. Ed exemplifies the true meaning of integrity! I'm richer for knowing him. We have enjoyed the very same five star treatment from Finance Department's Daniel Henning, Service's Matt Pilotti and everyone else that we have had the pleasure of working with at this facility. I hope Billy Fuccillo realizes what a special team he has assembled at his Nelliston Ford dealership and treats them as wonderfully as they treat his customers!! Craig Wightman

Fuccillo Ford Never Lets Me Down

In again for routine interval service, and I'm impressed again. Matt was as friendly as ever, the cost was more than fair, and everything was done right the first time: that's what I've come to expect from the service team at Fuccillo Ford. And fresh coffee! I'm 64, and my 2013 Fiesta SE was my umpteenth new car. Buying at Fuccillo and returning for service have been my best car experiences yet.
