I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from CG Luxury Autos at 138 White Horse Pike, Clementon, NJ. I bought a used vehicle that, upon inspection by a certified mechanic shortly after purchase, was found to have numerous serious safety and mechanical issues — many of which should have been disclosed or addressed before the sale. Here is a summary of what was discovered: • Hydraulic motor mount is bad, causing excessive engine movement and potential drivetrain stress. • Left rear tire was split, posing an immediate safety risk. • Front left brake pad had separated from the bonding, severely compromising braking performance. • Multiple exhaust brackets were rotted or completely broken off, affecting emissions and structural integrity. • Rear shocks were rotted, reducing handling and safety. • Fuel tank guard was missing, exposing the tank to damage. • Front driver’s side door handle does not work from the outside, creating an accessibility and potential emergency exit concern. It’s unacceptable that a vehicle in this condition was put up for sale without these issues being addressed or even disclosed. Selling unsafe vehicles puts customers and other drivers at risk. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this dealership. I would strongly advise any potential buyers to have any vehicle from this dealership independently inspected before making a purchase.

Buyer be very wary! My first contact was by email inquiry (for a 2012 MB E350 Wagon) which failed to get a reply; unlike other dealers that respond immediately, especially those with an E-Class wagon. Then, when trying to phone (more than once, Vmail messaged) call, myself an experienced sales professional, attempted to “warm-up” the person (Mr CG or Carlos Grumpy) with some humor, which got an even more prickly reaction with a cold “that car was sold“ blah, blah … I have an Audi wagon blah, blah, etc. The 2012 MB E350 was NEVER EVER removed from any websites posting even after I was told it “WAS SOLD” … and to-date still remains listed live on all websites … as it has been for months! CG Luxury Autos has a "D rating" at the BBB (Better Business Bureau) We would never recommend CG Luxury Autos to the proverbial worst of enemies! Dave O. - Philly, PA

This dealer wheeler, CG Luxury Auto, is just as some

This dealer wheeler, CG Luxury Auto, is just as some comments stated: "RUDE" ... "CROOKS" ... "IGNORES (and/or) REFUSES (calls, questions, negotiations, etc)" ... and has also proven to me to be a typical shady dishonest used car operation (chop-shop, cartel?), not to be trusted. Thou many, if not most, used car dealers seem to be legitimate and reasonably honest, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. The unprofessionally crude salesman and apparent owner can and will insult your intelligence, telling you obvious blatant lies and misleading twisted information about his questionable finagling inventory of cars, clearly suggesting fraudulent ethics, which will disappoint with a stunningly unsatisfactory, even nightmarish, regrettable buying experience. This operation here will be reported "negatively" to BBB (Better Business), Edmond's, Consumer org's/agenies, news networks, and should be investigated for possible local, state and federal violations as well as.

I purchased a Benz GL 450 from CG Luxury in late Dec 2023

I purchased a Benz GL 450 from CG Luxury in late Dec 2023 and immediately had issues with receipts to show. I reached out to Carlos who started to ignore my calls and texts after I told him the findings of the issues. I was told there was a bad cam shaft, alternator, battery, starter, brakes, and fuel pump after being promised the fuel pump was brand new. On Jan 4, I called consumer protection but was told since it’s a 2015 I could not file a lemon law claim. Fast forward today, after paying $15k cash during the purchase and spending over $5k for repairs the car has stopped running.

Absolutely rude owner.

Hello my name is Diane and I purchased a vehicle from the dealership approximately two months ago. I had written a review that was not so kind and after working with Carlos I am posting this new review because when I posted the first Review I received a phone call within minutes of the review I posted it was the owner Carlos to my surprise he responded right away and called me he asked me to explain the situation which I did that right there told me that he cares about his customers and his business I explained everything and Carlos intern explain things to me and I went back the next day and Carlos worked everything out to make sure that I was a happy customer in these days in time it is difficult to find that type of service he showed me that he cared and he wanted me to have the vehicle of my choice and make sure I was happy Carlos took the time to explain everything more than one time! He and his team do care and will work with you to make sure that you’re satisfied. He even let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic which was a good thing. I purchased the truck I wanted and have stayed in touch with Carlos he always calls me back and answers my questions. As I said before it is rare to find someone that goes the extra mile which is just what he did! If you go somewhere to purchase a vehicle I would suggest that you stop here first because he will definitely get the Customer Service that you’re looking for thank you Carlos for your time and thank you to your team for being quick and efficient. Drive safely everyone in your new vehicle from this dealership! By the way I did buy the vehicle and it was so clean and well taken care of as soon as I saw it I knew I wanted it!
