I visited the Edison Infiniti with a specific car in mind, the Q50, which is a real challenge to find given its discontinuation. That said, Stephen Leonardis, knowing that he didn't necessarily have the exact car I wanted, took a considerable amount of time in going over the specs before taking it for a test drive. He was patient, attentive and extremely informative. If it works out, Stephen will have a client for life. I will be sure to relay my exceptionally positive experience with my friends and family. Had an appointment to look at a used vehicle they had in inventory. I received multiple calls from different employees confirming the appointment. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership only to find that the vehicle I had an appointment to look at was not on the lot. They said the vehicle was at a sister store and over an hour away. Shady Shady Shady business practices. Manager (Steve) was no help whatsoever. Total waste of my time which nobody seemed to care about.

On September 23 I reached out via email as you requested above. To date I have received no response. This business clearly does not care about negative experiences with potential customers. Be extra cautious if you find yourself dealing with them.

Very pleasant to talk to. Problem was they are only internet people not actual sales people. Their price was somewhat high PLUS the added a document fee of $900. That alone would kill the deal. There are many Stelvios available at this time and prices have been coming down. I am not in a rush.

I had the worse experience with this dealership.
I had the worse experience with this dealership. Rahul the finance manager was very rude during the paperwork because I pointed out that the numbers on the contract were different than what I was told. They also had not recorded the down payment. Once I pointed out these issues on the contract, he started to get real rude. They wouldn’t allow me to cancel the gap insurance and did not provide a breakdown of the cost of the warranty as requested and told me that the total price I paid was with the warranty. Not to mention they submitted an application to another bank to approve the loan which was denied because the price was thousands more than the cars value. This was not the bank they told me I was approved through. The bank that approved the loan said they did not issue the loan because they were waiting for th gap contract from the dealer which was three times more than the bank offered. When I bought up canceling the gap coverage, Gene started yelling at me and Rahul said they would take me to court. have reported this to the BBB since the dealership Gene or Rahul have made no attempts to resolve this issue with me directly.

Don’t expect honesty nor transparency from this dealership. They can’t even give you an honest answer on an out the door price for a vehicle on their lot. I would stay away from this type of business model. They lull you in with the car at a certain price threshold, and then they tack on dealer fees that are ridiculous, when they have you in the door and they think they have the car sold. Really annoying. Antiquated business model. Good luck selling cars to suckers. Run don’t walk away from this dealership.

Don't expect good service after you leave with your vehicle. Once you walk out the door they will never return your calls. If you are lucky you will get a hold of Gene Lopez the manager who will finally address your problem. After leaving several messages over several days for them to email my documents he got it done immediately. Now I await my license plates. Called today and I was assured someone would call me back shortly.....no call back. My temporary plates expire in 2 days. I wonder if they will pay any tickets I may receive for an expired registration? They certainly charge a lot for this service and should get it done in a timely manner. It shouldn't be this difficult to get answers.
