Disappointed and Misled I’m incredibly disappointed with

Disappointed and Misled I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Visalia Hyundai. I was clear from the beginning about my financial situation and what I could realistically afford. The finance staff assured me they had a loan approved, went so far as to have me trade in my previous vehicle, and even took celebratory photos of me and my fiancé with the new car. Only days later, I received a call telling me the loan hadn’t gone through and that I would need to put $3,000 down or return the vehicle. This was after being explicitly told that financing was secured. This situation should never have happened. I should not have been allowed to drive off the lot or part with my trade-in without solid loan approval. Their actions wasted my time, created financial stress, and showed a severe lack of transparency and professionalism in their finance department. I truly feel for the salesperson, who now has to stand behind a process that feels disorganized and misleading. I hope this review prompts better oversight and accountability moving forward.

Lower price online, said it was their advertisers

Lower price online, said it was their advertisers mistake, the price was higher by a couple of thousand dollars. Said advertiser was fired, ha!! Parked deliberately at facility, where inside of a tire had no tread and we couldn't see. Had to replace all tires 2 days after purchase because the others had tread but were cracked and close to the nubs. Had to have aligned because driving home on freeway, it kept pulling to one side. Salesman was directing turns to take, so it was about 10 stop and go blocks. Salesperson sat on a side in back, during the test drive, for us not to notice seat wouldn't lock into place. Our mechanic had to order that piece, but then the seat still wouldn't lock into place. Entire seat had to be removed because it's frame was bent. When checking oil, it was dirty so had to be changed, along with air filter, cabin filter. Brake pads had to be changed because they were down to 2%. Driver and passenger seat levers were missing. Couldn't raise or lower either seat. Sales person said he'd look into getting those for us, and he never did. Our mechanic had to order those plus the screws to put in because those were also missing. So within a couple of months we were out another almost $2000. Also no car Manuel. Salesman said it would cost us another $35 if we wanted to order. We have receipts, some pictures and printed materials to prove all. This was a used 2019 Hyundai. So Beware, Beware!! We are seniors and had the previous car 21 yrs. It's very disappointing that we were deceived and lied to in this way. After talking to the General Manager, all he would offer is a free oil change the next time around. Ha!!! What an insult!! I'm turning them in!!

Bought a new 2022 Elentra including the standard 5 year

Bought a new 2022 Elentra including the standard 5 year warranty. Car left me stranded on the side of the road after 29k miles and one year of having. Turns out battery died had issues. Got it to the dealer thankfully didn't need a tow. They gave me a loaner and after four days someone crashed into it (rear ended at stoplight my insurance is paying for it). Did not provide with another loaner. Left me with 60+ days with out a car- missed school, lost wages, they did not help or hook it up with a rental claiming that the loaner was a courtesy so I took out a rental for 28 days and they kept pushing my date back because the part did not come in. Couldn't afford to keep the rental that 2k a month on top of a car payment and insurance payment as well. Useless warranty, rude customer service not recommending to anyone that wants to buy a new car from here.

Service was outstanding got us in and out. But when we bought the car sales was crap would not buy another car from this dealer still waiting on a call back sales manager. They wouldn’t even put valve stem covers on my car first and last time to purchase a vehicle from them service department was outstanding
