Overall great dealership, and what a great experience!! Dan was extremely helpful and not pushy. He is a very friendly guy and trustworthy. I went to the dealership well informed about the vehicle I wanted and Dan solidified my choice. He thoroughly explained how the car works and told me about the many features I didn't know about. He was very knowledgeable salesman. He made me very comfortable and never rushed me whatsoever.

First time buyer.. was very nervous at first, but with the cool expertise of Clem, the nervousness faded fast. Buying the truck was fine. But they were suppose to get back to me to set up an appointment to get the cover adjusted and put in a jack that was missing. After numerous calls and being told someone would get back to me. I had to talk to the sales manager. Finally someone called. 2 weeks after this all started.

Our salesman was Clem Schiele. He is patient, knowledgeable and courteous.. just an easy man to talk and do business with. His knowledge about our vehicle was immense..there wasn't a question we asked that he didn't have the correct answer for..The business manager, Shahrukh Din went the full distance with finding us the best loan out there.. This is the first time in my 68 years that I have bought a car and actually didn't feel like I paid too much after a few days of owning the vehicle. I would suggest to anyone looking for a new or used car or truck to talk with Clem and the team at Forest Lake Chevrolet Cadillac to get a good deal on that vehicle...you won't be disappointed

This is the second vehicle purchased within a year from Dan Hobson and my wife and I have had a great experience purchasing our vehicles. It has been nice to work with a dealership that has a great team working together for the customer. I will continue to support the Forest Lake Auto group and pass on our experience.
