Andrew in Sales perfect. Caleb in service impersonable rude non professional didn't want to be bothered to talk or listen to me about the issues with the truck, felt like I was making him go out of his way. Lady in the garage drive through & elderly male very rude and bothered I drove in to drop my truck off a day ahead of my schedule. I got out of vehicle and the male said you don't have an appointment....well how about good afternoon how are you today what can we do to help you nope complete rude and bothered I drove in and that he had to get out of his seat. Don't even want to give Caleb a star isn't worth one. Won't be taking my truck back there for any service. Expressed my concerns to Andrew and made sure he new his part of the transaction was perfect, he has contacted me since I got the vehicle answered all questions and even made sure a duplicate set of keys for the truck were made as there weren't any.
