Totally Impressed

Buying at Nate Wade was very easy and customer centered. They encouraged a longer test drive to be confident that I wanted to buy. There was no pressure of any kind and the sales professional was truly that, a professional attitude giving courteous and considerate treatment. Very pleased with the experience and the results. Title and plates and follow-up all around has been excellent.

Strange Noise in our Outback

Service was handled very professionally and we were given a very nice loaner car. We were kept up to date on the progress of the repair so we could plan exchanging the cars back

Larry Grobstein Thank You!

Larry was a breath of fresh air after a bad experience a day earlier with another dealership. He was kind, fair, and knew what I needed and had the patience and moral compass that helped me ultimately succeed in getting my new car. Also everyone at Nate Wade was wearing a mask, while the previous dealership I went to - not a single person wore a mask. I will help my son buy from Nate Wade and will absolutely return when I am ready for another vehicle. Also a shout out to Fred Southwick for making even the financial part of the buying process actually enjoyable and somehow relaxing. Thank you so much Larry and Fred!

You lost me as a customer

I’ve never tried to do business with ruder folks in my life. Go to any other Subaru dealership and you will be treated better than at Nate Wade.

Do not recommend buying from here

I was looking to purchase a vehicle at Nate Wade and decided to not go forward due to the incredibly poor service provided by Nick Westover. First and foremost, it felt like I was wasting his time and annoying him during the process. I wanted to so badly ask the secretary to work with another sales person, but I didn't want to hurt anyones feelings, so I proceeded to work with Nick. We went for a couple test drives and it was just uncomfortable. He sat there texting and taking care of other important business rather than discussing vehicle options, etc. I just had a weird feeling in my gut that this wasn't the best selection. I initially found a car at Nate Wade that was within my budget, however it had a buyback title which made me nervous to proceed with and I wasn't sure my credit union would approve. I ended up finding another certified preowned idential vehicle at Larry H Miller and received WAY BETTER service and an amazing car. Nick called me to follow up and I informed him about this decision to which he LAUGHED, hung up on me, and then sent me a sarcastic text. I was blown away by the poor professionalism and will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family members.

Nate Wade for Me!!!

I have been a customer of Nate Wade for over 30 years. Have purchased three vehicles over these years. I have found them to be professional and courteous. I have used them for all the service on all my cars. My family has been impressed enough that we as a family now have have or have had 6 Subaru vehicles.
