I have done business with Todd Carlson on several occasions as a Fleet Manager for a business. This time, I needed a personal car and Todd remembered that I had mentioned that I was soon to be looking to by a Charger. He found the right one, when he got to Lustine, and gave me a call. As expected, the experience was very positive.

If you plan on buying from this dealership, find Todd! We are all sceptical of salesmen but as an honest reviewer, Todd is a stand up guy. Character goes a long way, in service and sales people should always come 1st, this builds better and future business and most loose track of that in the strive for more sales but Todd hasn't forgotten sales 101. He welcomed me, wasn't pushy but was extremely helpful, spent all day showing me different trucks I was interested in, found me the exact truck I wanted, got me a fair price on my trade in, and helped me get in the price range I was willing to pay....all while he was not feeling well, he stayed committed. The service continued after the sale though. I had some issues with the dealership but he continued to follow up, answer my questions, and ensured I was taken care of in the end. Most don't understand service after the sale but I'd give Todd 5 stars so if you buy here, look him up 1st if you want to be treated respectfully.

Todd did whatever he could to get us what we wanted and where we wanted to be. He was more than accommodating and made it happen. He even took us over to the Toyota dealership and got us a deal over there. Ask for Todd when visiting, he does it all.

I found my dealings with Lustine and in particular with Todd Carlson to be an excellent experience. The dealership is not close to me so it was important to iron out most of the agreement before arriving. Todd worked tirelessly to make this happen. We were not close in price at the beginning of our negotiation but rather than meeting our impasse with aggression or typical salesman tricks Todd consistently remained pleasant professional and ultimately found an acceptable compromise. After arriving to execute the deal there was none of the typical back peddling and sudden amnesia that often arise in these negotiations. Todd continued to behave professional and deliver exactly what he had agreed on. The dealership found competitive financing and could not have been nicer of more welcoming. Lustine has a real gem in Todd and I hope they appreciate it. I certainly do.
