Excellent service

We recently bought a used Lexus from Wilde and the total experience from David Keyso the salesperson and all the personnel was professional excellence and I felt as if the service I received was the same quality as if I had purchased a new Lexus.

Professional!

Last June my wife and I were shopping for a Toyota Avalon and stopped to look at one at Wilde Lexus. We met and worked with Alan Churchill and could not have been more pleased. Alan was professional, personable, a pleasure to work with and not a bit pushy. Although we did not purchase a vehicle from him at that time, we told ourselves that when we buy a car, we want to buy from Alan. Sure enough, in late December Wilde Lexus had what we were looking for. We again drove 50 miles to Sarasota, asked for Alan and to make a long story short, we bought the car. The deal went smoothly and Alan stayed with us until every little item had been taken care of. Ask for Alan--you won't be disappointed.

Great Experience

I purchased a Ford Edge from the dealership and my experience was great through and through. I found the vehicle on a Friday morning and sent an inquiry in regards to the vehicle. Within the hour Steve had already responded back. We exchanged emails that entire day into the evening. I told him I was interested in coming to see the vehicle and that I would be there after my race the next morning and he said he would hold the vehicle. I emailed him the next day after the race to let him know we were on the way and when I arrived he had the vehicle out front with my name on it saying it was held. I feel in love with the vehicle but we noticed some minor things that needed to be fixed and we pointed it out to Steve and without hesitation he said he would have them all fixed and have the car delivered to me in a few days. My experience was great with Steve. Communication is very important to me and he kept me up to date real time. My car was delivered on the day as promised with no issues. I would highly recommend Steve for anyone to work with!

Great Experience!

Wilde Lexus is the BEST

We have been a customer of Wilde Lexus for many years now and each time they have not only met our expectations but have exceeded them. Our Service Rep, Dee Logan, has always been clear, professional, and has always looked out for the best in both my 2003 ES 300 and myself as a customer, You have winner there. Also, we purchased our first Lexus through Jim Lally of Wilde. It was a great experience. Jim guided us through the entire experience with ease and a high degree of professionalism from negotiating the purchase price to driving the car away. Our hats of to Jim as well.

Easy and stress free

We met Jim Lalley on an unannounced visit to the dealership. We were interested in a certified hard top convertible. Jim was very helpful showing us available inventory More over he was low key, unassuming, cordial, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. His demeanor did not change after we had made a decision to buy. He followed through as promised. We were most impressed with the sincerity that he showed throughout the buying process. We would be remiss if we did not mention that all employees were very pleasant and helpful. Additional shout out to David Brawner who went above and beyond assisting us with technology issues. Peaceful Car Buying Experience!

Thank you to Wilde Lexus and Alan Churchill for the most peaceful car buying experience. I am from MA and have family at the car dealerships, so purchasing on my own states away was anxiety provoking for me until I met Alan. Outstanding Purchase Experience

I normally dread purchasing a new car. Years ago I decided to always pursue an internet based purchase to save time and when successful I have been able to get the best deal possible. My recent purchase from Wilde Lexus through Derek was one of the easiest, fastest, and most reasonable, in recent memory.
