Scott Tierney is great! Scott exemplifies what you would expect from Sarasota Land Rover dealer. Our service and repairs were completed and communication was provided from the tech all the way through completion by Scott.

Dealership refused to work on vehicle because an interlock device is installed in it even though we informed them at the time the appointment was made. Instead of telling us at the beginning the made us drive an hour to the dealership before telling us. Service department was extremely rude to my wife while she was at the service department. We will never go back and will recommend the same to everyone we can tell.

Finished work on time and communicated details of the service at every step. Great loaner as well.
