A service advisor told me the shake when I turned off the engine was normal. I met with Mr.Golden and he checked my XJL and agreed the shake rattle and roll when engine shut down was excessive and probably broken or worn out engine mounts. In for service 3/9/18. Stand by for more ! HLN, Sarasota FL

I would like to say thank you to the staff.... I started my journey looking for a car mid February online, salesman Ken reached out to me immediately I wanted a car under or at 20k Ken emailed me pictures of a 2012 jaguar that was in my price range he scheduled a test drive and I was approved the same day. Ken followed up with all the imformative information that was needed to get be to drive my car off the lot. Today I closed the deal feeling very confident that Ken took care of all my needs. Great job Sarasota team you guys rock.

Love my car!
Edward was very pleasant and professional to work with. He listened to what I wanted and found it for me. I would definitely contact Edward again the next time I am in the market for a new car. Also I have been calling him daily with questions about the vehicle and he is very helpful. Little does he know I will be calling him every time for as long as I have this car when I need assistance with this me technology.
