Great Sales Experience!

My wife and I were looking for a very specific car which this dealer had. We were very familiar with the car and really didn't need anyone to 'sell' it to us. Bill K was extremely friendly and stayed out of the way while we looked at the car and asked some specific questions, which he provided very knowledgeable answers to.

Amazing experience buying my brand new Rover with Seth Smith

Had an amazing time and experience buying my Range Rover. Couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience. Car was detailed and I was shown every new feature which made for a very pleasant time at the dealership, which one normally wouldn't experience at a new car dealership.

Amazing Experience

I give Matt and Wilde Jaguar 5 out of 5 stars. As a first time car buyer I've come to learn the difficulties of dealing with salesmen and trying to buy a car. Matt made this process extremely easy and helped me out with all my questions. Most salesmen I had been dealing with were trying to pressure me into looking at cars I wasn't interested in, would persistently pester me by calling or emailing me nonstop, and we're just trying to make a sale. Matt didn't put any pressure on me and made it a really pleasant experience. I drove over an hour so I could do business with Matt and Wilde Jaguar. They are unlike any car dealership and I appreciate all of their help.

Outstanding Customer Service

This was the first time in a long time that I had gone to a dealership to purchase a car as my husband had owned car dealerships in the past. I was greeted warmly by James and he walked me through the entire process. His professionalism, knowledge and kindness is outstanding. He always returned my calls, answered my questions and made the entire process a pleasure! James is great to work with and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I even had a small issue after purchase and James took care of it 100?. Excellent dealership with excellent employees.

They Are What They Say They Are

I found this dealership to be friendly, honest and very professional. There were no surprises; everything was as it had been represented as I spoke with each of these people. They also worked together well, assisting each other willingly. I bought an XJL, which is a car I have coveted since the current styling, et al was introduced a few years ago. I went in to look at new ones, but the used inventory was so clean and desirable that I was able to exit with a low mileage 2014 that looked showroom fresh and saved me a bundle. No one tried to push new over used. I was treated the same on each visit, by each employee. Wilde is definitely a world class, five star organization, and I will shop with them for all future car purchases or leases. Bravo!

23RD OWNED JAGUAR WITH THE BEST DEALERSHIP

WE have owned 23 Jaguars during the course of the last 26 years. AT WILDE, Since 2008 we have purchased 2-2004 xj's (in 08), 2-2008 xj's (in 2012 and 2013) and this year 1-F type new(lease) and yesterday a 2013 xjl. Our sales person is Taga Sikler ( knowledgeable and low key) and the sales manager is Zach Blaugh. In all of our Jaguar years these are two of the finest and honest humans we have been privileged to work with. Others at other dealerships were good, but these are A-1. WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY.

Great service! Makes buying a car a pleasure

Kim Armstrong is an exceptional salesperson and has in Tony a supportive manager. From the first moment Kim did an excellent job in explaining all the features and options, without overselling. She caught on what I was looking for and helped narrow down the search. The whole process, from demonstration through financing was actually a joy. WILDE over delivered on my expectations.
