I would rate Scott Tierney very highly.

I would rate Scott Tierney very highly. He was professional, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service. He was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the service. I appreciated his thoroughness and friendly attitude throughout the experience. On the other hand, my experience with Kyle Rivera, the service manager, was mixed. While he helped investigate the issue and identify that my parts had not been ordered—as I was previously told—he mentioned he would follow up with a call, but unfortunately, I never received that follow-up. I appreciate his initial effort, but consistent communication would have made the experience much better.

Easy in and out.

Easy in and out. Scott understood how important it was to have the hood ornament added to the front of "Frank", our 2013 Jaguar. He also let us know promptly about the B board order for repairing the fabric near the doors.

My service tech, Scott T, was professional and attentive

My service tech, Scott T, was professional and attentive to my needs. I'm pleased with Scott's performance. Since I know you read these comments, I would like to share the following. A dedicated waiting area would provide a better customer experience. From my experience, most, if not all, other high-end auto dealerships have a dedicated customer waiting area. Your waiting area is located on the main showroom floor and seems out of place for a higher-end dealership. Also, could you improve the snacks for your clients? Considering how much cars like ours cost to service, the dealership could afford to spend a bit more money on things like these.
