No longer the home town dealership where everyone was treated as family. Now (Alpha One Ford) an uptight atmosphere where they add diagnostic fees at $180 an hour..

Their sales department is probably the easiest, most straight forward I have ever worked with especially Ricky Dunk. Their service department is the worse! Ever since Robbie has been gone. Made an appointment, drove 30 miles only to be told they couldn’t do the job today. They should be more considerate and give you a call.

My experience was not great. My 2021 ford hybrid escape has three warnings. I am temporarily in the area. I was told that I could get an appointment about 10 days out. Then I was told that my car would not be looked at then that it would be kept a week or so. When I questioned that she told me that their appointments were not really appointments. ??? What kind of service dept is this. I travel and deal with ford dealers in many locations. Lowest rating in Texas and Colorado.

Best place I have ever had for buying a vehicle. Got pre approval before going to look at a vehicle. No pressure and sales team had us in and out in under four hours..will definitely be going back for my next vehicle. Great people to work with.

My hometown dealership! I needed a new vehicle and La Grange Ford was my first, and last, stop. My previous vehicle was a Ford Explorer and served me well but it was time for a newer model.
