Was greeted with a smile and felt welcome Everything was as promised with the vehicle and there were problems with it and the were very apt to getting the things fixed right away Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car Was promised they could get us financing and they did what at they said

Absolutely horrible place to get your vehicle serviced !

Absolutely horrible place to get your vehicle serviced ! Upsales are their biggest priority & the people working in service are absolute idiots. You’d think a dealership would hire people that actually have mechanical knowledge but no you’d be surprised once you start talking to the women in service . If you actually need something done talk to John !

Josh at Cronin Ford was absolutely one the best sales

Josh at Cronin Ford was absolutely one the best sales person I’ve dealt with when buying a car. He did not hassle me or pressure me into anything. I even test drove my new car for 2 days without any problems. He called a week after we purchased the Edge to check to make sure everything was ok!! Great work Josh we will definitely be back!!!!

Wanted to get paperwork fixed so I could take it to my

Wanted to get paperwork fixed so I could take it to my bank Instead I got someone who decided for me. I told him two or three times how I wanted to do this. there were over 6000. Worth of unwanted charges put in my paperwork. Told him I was taking all information to my bank to have the loan done.he took it upon himself to do 3more hard inquiries on my credit. All I wanted was a person that knew what was going on. So that we knew it would be ok and could get it fixed. Wanted the unwanted charges of over 6000 to be Taken off bill. Did not happen how it should have.so now my credit is messed up and so is the cost of vehicle If a customer says they don't want something then it should not be in paperwork. Asked to speak to manager but was still put with person who messed it all up.looking for contact information for establishment because inside sources are not helping.unable to get contact information at this time.please help me with this bad situation. Thank you

So far I'm very satisfied with the purchase of my 2016 Mustang. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was not sure that I would be able to buy this car, but drove it home the same day. Thanks again!!!!
