Service
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time however, I questioned whether or not my tires were rotated. There was no indication of a tire change being completed on the copy of my bill. I had an issue in the past for this very same reason on another vehicle. where a service was performed however, the bill did not indicate it was. I questioned the service department and he said he saw the car with the tires off and looking where the brake dust was he felt they were rotated.

Great Mazda CX- 5 Sport, Love the vehicle.
Stefano Napolitano's knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 was excellent. He presented himself very professional and my wife and I both appreciated his non-pressure approach to sales and felt very relaxed while speaking with Stefano. The dealership has a very pleasant atmosphere which is conducive to a pleasant buying/sales experience. The other representatives at Young Volkswagen, Mazda were also helpful and pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend Young Volkswagen, Mazda and Stefano to other folks looking for a quality and knowledgeable sales person and dealership. We look forward to many quality years driving and enjoying our new 2013 Mazda CX-5 Sport.

Overall experience was very good except for a comment made by a gentleman who was showing me a specific detail re overflow of oil over the engine. When I asked him if he would check the amount of oil in car, he said "What am I going to use, my hand?" Not a response I would except from an employee at Young Mazda/Dodge. Other than that, fast, efficient service and everyone very friendly.

New Passat Purchase
We had an outstanding car buying experience at Young VW. (We bought one 11 years ago at Young and this time was even better!) Andrew Nagy is the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He is highly professional, informative,and interested in serving all of the needs to the customer in a very timely manner. Quick repair
I discovered a screw in my tire. Young was able to squeeze me in that afternoon and fix the tire without a problem. This is not the dealership where I bought my car, and I usually take my car to that dealership for routine maintenance, but Young is closer to where I work, and is a great place for when I need small repairs done quickly, like lights and tires.
