Satisfied so far...
Have only been to Mazda Service a few times since getting my 2010 CX-9 2 years ago off a lease (at a Philly area dealer). The people are great and service appears to be quick and efficient. Especially like Mazda's interval service philosophy.... they don't have set (expensive) prices for 30K, 45K, etc intervals like I've had with other cars. They service 'as needed', which motivates me to bring my car in regularly without getting slammed by huge $350- $700 bills. Body shop did a xxxx of a detail job last Spring, BTW.

Good but not perfect
As usual, car runs better after oil change and tune up, but I paid $40 for three lights to be replaced. When I picked car up, that hadn't been done. When I pointed it out, it was done while I waited. Les and Floyd were helpful and positive.

Geared toward customer satisfaction
No one other than Young VW service managers and auto mechanics has serviced my Passat GLX since I bought it from this dealer. I have always had confidence in service managers John Rodriguez, John Gerhard and Les Bussell because they have paid close attention to what my car has needed over 12 1/12 years. Further, I have always felt that the service experience at Young VW has been geared toward customer satisfaction, whether it involved leaving my car for service, using the shuttle van or the body shop.

Why I believe YOUNG VW provides great service:
I have been using YOUNG VW for all service needs on my two VW Jetta's for over 8 years. All I have to do when I have a problem is contact Tony, John or Les in the VW Service Department schedule an appointment (or if it is urgent get the vehicle into YOUNG VW) and my vehicle problems are over! Quick, easy and done-once, done-right! What more can a vehicle owner ask for? YOUNG VW is unsurpassed, in my experience, with advice, maintenance, and repairs. I am totally satisfied and I believe just about any customer who understands vehicle maintenance costs today should be satisfied, too!

A+++ Service Experience
Young has serviced my Mazda CX9 since it was new although I did not buy it there. They have always been very professional and efficient in getting me in and out promptly. All work (including some unexpected warranty work} was promptly scheduled and completed. Quality of work so far leaves nothing to be desired. I am not the kind of person that normally takes the time to write these reviews but after being their service customer for the last three years, I thought the service department earned an A++ review.
