This is my fourth time purchasing a Volkswagen through this dealership. The reason we always return is their excellent customer service and their great selection of cars. We are always treated well by the sales and management staff. We always service our cars at the dealership their service is excellent and they stand behind all their work. We always recommend them to our friends.

I only let Tony and his crew work on my EOS. I have maintained all scheduled service and keep up to date on all appropriate maintenence recommended by the service team at Young VW. I trust their work and have never been let down! I only have to call and I immediately get an appointment for whenever is convenient to my schedule. The shuttle seervice is awesome! Our car died on us in the middle of the work week, we needed a way to work ASAP these guys worked their butts off to help us to get a new vehicle at an affordable rate. We have had a 99, 04 passat and I couldnt see us getting anything less than a VW so now with the help of our salesman John P and all the other guys that help us along the way we have a 2010 Jetta. My overall experience was good. Stephano was the original sales person but was out the day I picked up my car. Roger assisted in his place and really spent the time to go over the car even though he did not make the sale. I was very impressed with him taking the time out to go over everything with me.

Brad in Service was very courteous and professional. He attended to my needs for my Miata and assisted me greatly. I'd certainly go back to Young for service work, when needed (if) on my Miata and would consider Young when I eventually get a replacement Miata in the future.
