Left email notification, no one responded, placed a phone call, requested photos of used car. Was told that I would receive it by email or image text. Salesman "Tivo" did not follow through. Left hanging with no response from sales group.

Great Customer Focus

Fast, Friendly and Customer Focused. One of the few dealerships where I did not feel like my time was wasted. Multiple updates through out the visit on what was being accomplished and I was never left feeling like I’d been forgotten.

Poor customer service!!

I made an appointment for a service recall at noon with the service department. I was informed that the service techs take lunch between noon and one!!! So I rushed all the way over there just to wait for the service tech to take lunch! How STUPID is that. Why are they making appointments for service when they know the tech isn't there??? Then they tell me there are 2 in front of me before they can get to me. And I made an appointment WHY??? This dealership is clueless. I'll call another dealer to do the recall work.

worst buying experience i ever had

ran my credit agreed to deal (on hellcat daytona) then disappeared with no response got a hold of the (davieon) later that day. they sold the car to someone else. faked like they tried to find me another, told me they did find another. i booked a flight to california from nyc last min because they said they cant deliver (paid $800) they turn around and state that the deal fell thru acquiring another one...after days of stating it was on the way. nightmare of an experience. worst experience i have ever had BY FAR!!! didnt want to deliver, didnt want to sell to me because i lived out of state. worst of all, they could have just been transparent and they couldnt even do that. davieon, "big" jon and jordan magana are all clowns.

Bad experience!

Bad customer service! Bad experience! Not very helpful. Unorganized. Dirty vehicle. They already ran my credit, so I couldn't go to another dealership or would have!

Greedy, bad service

Agreed on a price (asking price) with a salesman and he confirmed that the vehicle is reserved for me. But then I had to chase him daily to get it done, he never called me back. After a week another salesman said that they just sold it to someone else. Appreatly they didn't like that I wanted to pay for the vehicle in 1 payment.

Rammed in the xxx by Hunter

Awe.. Hunter Dodge Ram. I was warned, but decided to take the chance and drive into California to purchase a truck from you. First I was connected with Angela then quickly turned over to Emma. They had the exact truck, payment was reasonable. There was a credit issue that held the process up with Chrysler financial. That was quickly resolved. We were told by Chrysler to wait to submit paperwork on Wednesday 7/24/19. I confirmed with Emma on Monday 7/22/19 that she would resubmit paperwork Wednesday morning. I rescheduled my time in California to be here another week and off of work. I offered to leave a minimum to my full deposit on the truck to hold it. She said No and quarantined me the truck would be safe until then. Tuesday 7/23 after confirming with credit and Chrysler financial. I called and text messaged to confirm details and agreement. Make sure I didn't need to put a deposit to hold truck and that paperwork would be submitted in the morning. The response came about 25 mins later the truck was sold. The expense, time and effort put towards completing this deal was immense. Devastating and costly to have them completely screw it up like I was warned. Yes they are car salesman and you have to expect some frustration in dealing with these types of people. Hunter dodge should be crowned as the leaders for shady deals and wasting people's time. This is my warning to the public and Ram enthusiasts..Take your business elsewhere or order your truck direct from Dodge. They say they will resolve the issue, but in car dealer terms. That means "we will convince you to take something a little less than what you expected and be happy about it." I will update this review based on their resolution.

INCREDIBLY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THEIR PARTS DEPT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM GOING HERE.

Great, easy experience

Jason was super helpful in my Scat Pack purchase. easy, quick and very friendly. The vehicle (new), had paint damage. Dealership will take care of it for me. thank you!
