Scam - do not trust this dealer. They are trying to sell lemons to people without letting them know of the cars issues.

Dealer ship lied ruined my credit, I told them not to hit my credit with a hard hit they did any ways, I was in the middle of mortgage logistics, now they ruined my score and lost my financing for my home, sad

Long read but if you don't want to flush your hard earned money down the toilet... READ TO THE END and DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Vengeance is mine and I will repay saith the Lord. You will not prosper when you intentionally defraud people and that's exactly what this dealership did. Owen at this dealership sold a vehicle under the pretense that nothing was wrong with it aside from the minor accident that happened but had been repaired. Once purchased, we discovered that the backup camera did not work, a cable was hanging from under the front of the vehicle, the brakes need to be replaced badly, and the entire front bumper fell off the car while being driven presenting a severe road hazard. We could've been killed and they could care less. We paid $11,788 via cashier's check and Luke at the dealership is refusing to allow me to speak with anyone other than the salesman who sold us this car. He wouldn't even provide the name of the supervisor/manager/owner only that he was unavailable. No warranty was offered upon purchase either to have anything repaired. If these things had been disclosed prior to purchase, you can say you sold this vehicle "as is" but due to nondisclosure and the dealer knowing about some of these issues prior to selling the vehicle, this is a case of fraudulent misrepresentation and failure to disclose. DO NOT PURCHASE A STICK OF GUM FROM THESE PEOPLE. THIS DEALERSHIP DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN AND I'm going to do everything that I can to make that happen. See photos of the vehicle as advertised and see the vehicle as purchased. Should've known when we test drove and the inside smelled like an ashtray and the passenger front seat was ripped to shreds. Edit: Malik is their so called sales manager. All he does is talk over you and notify you that anything that is wrong is on the dealership's part. He threatens to involve lawyers. I will say this... I am taking a loss just like so many others by dealing with this trifling and deceptive dealership and unfortunately the law in NC protects all shiesty dealerships and leaves the consumers to hold the bag, but there will be repercussions to anyone who purposely deceives others. Malik is banking on people saying that these reviews that have been posted are from people that actually have never purchased a vehicle from the dealership or just angry people, but I beg to differ. If everyone is saying the same thing about their experience with a particular company or individual, TAKE HEED... THERE IS SOME TRUTH THERE. Never mentioned a warranty 1 time but has you sign paperwork declining warranty to cover their own behinds.. I'm also waiting for this company or one of their affiliates to file a false negative review against my company since I've filed a truthful one for theirs.
