Took my vehicle to be repaired under warranty. Service manager Advisor took exceptional care of me. They even provided me a loaner. While my vehicle was in the shop, I was provided with periodic daily updates on the status of my repairs. Very knowledgeable staff, they replaced the transmission on my 370z and did an amazing job. Was worried because it was a big job but, it got done quickly and effectively!

I had a 7AM appointment for a recall and tire rotation.
I had a 7AM appointment for a recall and tire rotation. Since I did not stay and wait several other vehicles were serviced before my care. I called twice to check on the status of my care and not until my second call did they tell me they were working on my car. At 1:30 I stopped by the service department and they told me the recall work was completed but my tire rotation had not yet been done. I took the car home without the rotation. What is the point of a 7AM appointment if you are not going to work on the car until 11;30 or 12PM. Very dissapointed in the service.
