Came in for recall and they fixed whatever was needed.
Came in for recall and they fixed whatever was needed. Got a mile down the road and all lights came on in dash. Went back and couldn't fix it then but bring back on Tuesday. So dropped off and seems to be all fixed. They never had that particular problem but it was resolved. Thank you for that,much appreciated.

Buying experience was excellent.
Buying experience was excellent. Service experience was horrible last time. I hate to ding them so hard on one experience but really caught me off guard and it was not just a little bad. Leave truck for oil change and some electrical checks at 9am day 1. Started to get concerned around 4 so left message to call back. No call back, so I call dealership again at 5:15. Get ahold of a human who is nice but tells me my car never got in. Ask for a manager and they tell me no managers all left and refuses to call one after hours. Get a call day 2 (after jockeying cars with my wife since they hijacked my truck). Guy has a lot of excuses including new general manager/someone calling in/ them getting backed up and … it was his day off the day before. Was very nice on the phone and tells me I’m the next vehicle in. Communication was good day 2 Altho they couldn’t tell me anything about the electrical noises in my truck and discouraged me about opening a ram case because they’ll need to keep the truck long term and they have no loaners - long wait list. I said I’ll figure out the noise myself and I’ll pick the truck up. I pick the try up end of day 2 and they didn’t do the oil change. I get more excuses about how the new system doesn’t transfer the oil change request so they forgot to do it. Had to go back this am and wait for the oil change and tire rotation - which was done fairly quickly. Manager said he gave me the oil change for free - which equates to $30 off and still cost me $130 somehow. Like I said I hate to sing them this hard for 1 bad day but I get the feeling this is how the shop is run— sucks because it’s so close to my house but I’ll drive elsewhere in the future.

John and Lou went above and beyond to get me in the perfect vehicle. They worked harder than ive ever seen anyone work to make a miracle happen. My credit is low and all over the place. And even with that, they still got me in my new/used 24' Jeep Grand Cherokee. Even after the sale, John has continued to reach out to see how things are. They made this experience as simple as it could have been. Will be going back if I need another vehicle. And highly recommending this place and John to EVERYONE.
