Overall very good.
Overall very good. Friendly caring staff. Still took longer than expected and customers really should not hear you are short staffed, heard that 3 times. While left sitting longer than expected I had to go find someone to get an update on why it was taking longer. Also had to find something to drink on my own. Maybe let customers know where to find water or coffee if going to be sitting over an hour. Staff is very nice.

The services they provide with there vehicles is
The services they provide with there vehicles is wonderful. All the .maintenance I have ever had done by there mechanics has been amazing! The recipient's area for payment and scheduling is great! The service technicians area where you bring your car and confirm your appointment and services to be done is awful! The last two times I have been there I have asked for a list of recommendations to be done on my vehicle and how much it would cost. Everytime I am told "absolutely we will do that." And it never has. Everytime with telling me they will update me on the services done or when they are wrapping up a job. They never tell you. There is a major disconnect in that area and I have no idea why.
