In general, I was satisfied with my experience.
In general, I was satisfied with my experience. There were just two items that kept it from getting 5 stars. One was when I went to pick up my new car, it was sitting outside in a snowstorm. (The sales person did brush it off for me prior to leaving.) It would have been nice if it was inside so that I could have checked it over prior to delivery. (I had an appointment to pick it up.) The other is that the new car window sticker states "Full Tank of Gas No Charge". The car had maybe 1/2 tank of gas with 20 miles on it. A small item but said to me the dealer was not concerned about this item. I have a close friend that works at a new car dealership (not Honda) and assures me that they make sure that all of their new cars are delivered indoors and have a full tank of gas.
