Garus helped me with my 5000 mile check-up for my 2011 Camry. He was so focused on customer service and also extremely attentive to my car's needs. This dealership has surpassed my expectations in customer service, and Garus is one person who embodies the Wilde Toyota mission. Thanks for a great experience!

The entire experience I would rank as a 10 out 10! I drove in from Madison, WI for the great deal and I wasn't let down. My sales representative was very helpful, and even helped me transfer my personal items from my trade-in to my new car. I would recommend Wilde Toyota and my sales rep Kevin Nelson to everyone that I know.

I had a great experience at Wilde Toyota. Tony went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me find a Rav4. I was EXTREMELY nervous and he took all of the pressure off of me. He is a friendly and genuine person. I will be recommending all of my friends and family to Tony. Thank you!

Brad was very curteous, knowledgable and professional to deal with when i purchased my used Tundra. I was especially impressed when the Tundra i bought needed some maintenance and Brad jumped through hoops for me to get it scheduled, taken care of and gave me a loaner to drive. All done very curteously and professionally. As a business owner myself i was impressed with this kind of service.

I have bought many used cars and dealt with many more car salespeople. I can honestly say that Keslin is the best I have ever encountered. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me nothing that was off the mark. While I was test driving one car, he was busy getting another ready so that when I returned, the next was already running and air conditioned. He didn't use pressure as a tactic. Instead he relied on his knowledge of his product, confidently and accurately answering all my questions. He was honest. He won my confidence and I was happy to make my purchase. I have never held onto a business card of anyone I bought a car from in the past, but I will save Keslin's card. And he will be help me find my next car, I am sure of it. Tom Hennick Grafton, WI

We have done business with this dealership for many years and involving sales of at least 8 vehicles. We have shopped around but have not had the quality of service and the price we wanted and thus have returned to Wilde. Garus was very helpful, answered a question I had about the extended service pkg relative to an up-coming move to California, and arranged for the needed services . I was served and out in a short period of time. This is always the case. The cost of repair work is competetive in this market but the quality of the service and the assurance of the right parts for the vehicle makes cost more than competetive. Sercvice quality and customer service has always remained constant and excellent.

The wife found Wilde Toyota on the Internet while doing a search for a newer model of the Toyota 4Runner for us! We owned a 2000 Certified 4Runner that we bought from another dealer! The 4Runner was an excellent vehicle for seven years! We are really partial to Toyota's! We did not care for The dealer we bought the 2000 4Runner from, and didn't like the way they did business, so we decided that we would not go back there! We found a 2008 Certified 4Runner at Wilde Toyota in Milwaukee on the Internet! We were in hopes of replacing the older model, and the wife called up and made an appointment with one of the sales reps for us to drive up and look at the vehicle last Saturday! We drove up on Saturday afternoon, 10/8/2011, from Kenosha, Wi to look at this vehicle! The Salesman that we were originally suppose to see was caught up on another sale at the time we got there, so Tommy Haynes jumped right in, made us comfortable, we filled him in on what was going on and why we were there, and this man went into action, and I do mean action! We have bought one used 1972 Volkswagen from a dealer in North Calorina, a brand spanking new 1980 Toyota SR5 longbed truck from a dealer in Alabama, two brand new Toyota SR5 small trucks, and one Toyota Tacoma SR5 from a dealer down in Waukegan, IL, and one brand new Toyota SR5 extra cab truck from a dealer in Northbrook, IL! Then our 4Runner from the Waukegan Dealer again! None of these dealers have even come close to the way we were treated at Wilde Toyota! Most all of those places, if you had to walk into the dealership the next day, the person that sold you your vehicle wouldn't know you from Adam! As soon as these people got our money they didn't want to have anything to do with us! Up until I met Tommy Haynes on Saturday, I have never met a dealership salesperson that I could say I liked, and I hated car salesmen in general almost as much as I do politicians but, Tommy Haynes has changed all of that for me! He is the first car salesman I can say I have ever really liked, and I enjoyed doing business with him! Before Tommy, when it came time to have to buy a new or used vehicle, I tried to avoid it like the dentist! Tommy brought the vehicle that we wanted to see out for us, gave us the keys and said have fun, meanwhile, he set up for someone to take our old 4Runner to check it out so they could give us a trade-in estimate, just in case we desided to trade it in! We were very impressed with the 2008 Certified! We drove it around the general area where Wilde is located, and then got it up on the Interstate and checked it out then, we drove around the Wilde neiborhood some more! We took turns driving it, so we could both make a good decision! We decided that we liked it and did want to buy it, if we could come to a good agreement on the price and the trade-in! It took Tommy a couple of times of talking to his sales manager but, he finally talked him into the terms that we wanted! They checked our credit, said we were good to go! The only snag was our fault because, we forgot to take the Title for the old 4Runner with us when we drove up to look! That's really all we had in mind, was to look! So we decided to drive back up on Monday evening to drop that off to them, and transfer the Title! Tommy said that he would be there waiting on us when we got there with that, and we would finish out our deal! He also told us that he would look around and try to find a sunshield for the back of the SUV, and see if he could find a bed mat to go in it, for us also! Tommy sent us into see Vicki Sylvester, that took care of all the paperwork, figures and getting all the signatures! Again, she was a super person and very organized! We got all the paperwork done up, and as soon as that was over, Tommy Haynes already had the old 4Runner backed up to the new 4Runner! We just removed all our belongings from the old and transferred them to the new! The new vehicle is absolutely great, we both love it already! We drove home in it on Saturday eveing! Wilde is closed on Sundays, and meanwhile, I realized that I had left one of my CD's in the CD player of the old 4Runner, and had also left a seatbelt shoulder cushion on the seatbelt! I called up to Tommy Haynes direct line and left a message on his voice mail about the CD and the cushion, and asked if he could try to find them for me! He did find them for me, and he even called me back to tell me he had found them, and that they would be waiting with him when we got there later that evening with the Title, and they were! I was so happy that I had not lost my CD! The minute we got to the dealership, we found Tommy at the front desk doing some other paperwork, and he stopped what he was doing, came over and called both of us by our names and talked a bit! Then, Tommy left and put the sunshield he found for the back of the SUV in the truck, and a smaller mat than what usually goes with the 4Runner but, that was all that he could find that was the right color, and I was very happy to get it! He is the only salesman that we have ever delt with, that went out of his way to do so much, for us. We got down to business, and meanwhile they had us set up to have the Premier Protection work done on the inside and outside of the SUV, and also to etch the windows with the anti-theft protection! While they did that we dropped off the Title on the old 4Runner and signed it over to Wilde! I picked up my CD and cushion on one of Tommy's trips through the show room! The two key fobs that lock and unlock the doors on the vehicle were not working, and it was just a dead battery issue! Tommy took them and put new batteries in them for us, and got them fixed up right away! Wilde Toyota is an experience, and that experience is an Excellent One! Everyone should have a Wilde Experience in their life at least one time! We will go back to Wilde Toyota any day to buy a new or used vehicle! We were both just super satisfied thanks to Tommy & Vicki! As long as Wilde Toyota keeps these kinds of people on their staff, they have nothing to worry about!

This was the first time I brought my new Toyota Sienna in for a service (oil change and tire rotation) I walked in and was not sure where to go, I was helped right away. I drove my van in and was taken care of by Garus. He was friendly and helpful. I had forgotten that my first few oil changes were free and was pleasently surprised. He made sure that I knew wher I could go and wait for my service to be completed and told me he would come and find me in the waiting room when the work on my vehicle was done. The wait time I was given was accurate, which was also a pleasent surprise! Garus came to get me in the waiting room when the work was completed on my car and explained all of the work that had been done , where I needed to go to sign paper work, and waited to take me out to my nice clean car, which had been washed for me! Things seemed to go very smoothly. All of the other people I worked with were also very pleasent and helpful.

It was my 2nd purchase at Wilde Toyota on 108th Street...I started checking out cars on-line and was contacted by Khamsy. I scheduled a appointment the same afternoon to see the car I was interested in... He was so pleasant and really made the entire process painless! I have to also mention Vicki who did my paperwork...ABSOLUTELY LOVED HER TOO! :) Thanks Khamsy and Vicki for a fabulous experience!!

I was very happy to work with Tony Hudler on the search for a used vehicle for us (I don't normally care for salespeople). Tony's professionalism, knowledge of his products, and customer service-oriented approach was top notch. I'd definitely call Tony if you have a need for used or new vehicle.
