Loved Working with Centennial Subaru.

Loved Working with Centennial Subaru. I was trying to work with two other dealership that could not meet my needs. One was an hour a way and had a low inventory. The other was three hours away and did not want my trade in. I contacted Centennial. They had the make, model, and color of car I wanted. They gave me an estimate on my trade in that was within the Blue Book value I had received. So I drove 2 1/2 hours and they got me the payment I needed. I give them my highest rating for making it as easy to buy a car as possible. Everyone there was very considerate, especial my salesman, David. I had several follow-up calls and a once over with the car and its features.

Our primary Sales individual was John Carbajal. John was extremely professional, and exuded great knowledge. I felt extremely comfortable communicating with John because his communications skill were not only outstanding in professional manner, but also on a personal basis. I applaud Robert Baugh for not only picking a professional staff, and also providing them with super training and guidance. This was the first Subaru that I have ever purchased, and I am so happy I made that decision. I am sure my next car will also be another Subaru. The Sales Price Transparency was five stars all the way. Plus, I was extremely grateful for the Trade-in Experience, just another five stars. I also was impressed with both the Purchase time and your Finance representative was extremely professional, and answered all of my questions. I am strongly recommending to my friends and neighbors not only what a great car that I purchased, but also the comfortable feeling I encountered with each individual at Centennial Subaru.
