The service and communication was great. The technician was very helpful even in assisting to arrange a ride back to the dealer to pick up my vehicle. I would recommend them and intend to continue to do business with them.

There service department is excellent, specifically, Josh, he is courteous, honest, doesn’t over specify repairs, explains in detail why certain repairs are necessary. I love doing busy with this organization.

Josh Greenlee (service advisor) always goes the extra

Josh Greenlee (service advisor) always goes the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction. Needed a emissions inspection for a registration renewal. Had forgotten to make an appointment last week. Called Josh comings off a holiday week and was accompanied that afternoon. Outstanding as usual.

Great experience at Kirkwood Audi with my purchase of a

Great experience at Kirkwood Audi with my purchase of a new Audi 2 weeks ago. The new show room is beautiful and well stocked with new and preowned Audis. Reconnected with salesperson Jasmin, who provided his usual friendly and personal, yet professional service in helping me select a new Audi. And so refreshing to avoid the “haggling” about purchase price since Jasmin and his sales support team had a purchase offer that was more than fair (I had done plenty of research). When my new Audi arrived, within only a few days of my purchase, Stan did a stellar job of explaining the equipment, features, and amenities of my new car. I bought the Q4 e-tron, my first electric car purchase, so I had lots to learn and get used to. And since purchase, Jasmin and Stan have provided responsive follow up with all questions that I had after my purchase. I would highly recommend Kirkwood Audi for any new or preowned Audi purchase.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this dealership nor its management team. I purchased a RS7 and was told it was a new car when in fact it was preowned and previously titled. When I attempted to speak to management about the situation and being charged more than i should have i was ignored. Avoid this dealership.

The service department is great. My service advisor and tech went above and beyond to help me fix a very elusive problem on my S5. I highly recommend these guys.
