Excellent servuce. Able to bring it in on a Saturday. Provided a loaner and got my car back the same day.

I made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle on a Friday morning. The afternoon before, I got a reminder of our appointment and I re-confirmed, stating I would be there at 11:15. Upon arrival, I was switched from the person I had corresponded with another fellow who told me the car was not at the dealership and would not be back until "next week." Apparently, while I was in another appointment, an email we sent about an hour before the appointment, advising the vehicle was not there, Then I was offered a test drive of another, older and more expensive Audi. Needless to say, I won't be buying a car from this dealer.
