Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 ST quad cab 4x4 from Gresham Dodge 07/25/2012. The sales person that represented your company Enrique—EC was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to listen to what I wanted in a truck. I felt that he represented me as much as the company. EC was actually fun to work with. We spent approximately half a day together and shared personal experiences in our lives that made us who we are. I would not hesitate to recommend someone to Gresham Dodge and to seek out as their salesperson EC. The business manager I worked with was William Hatton. He took the time to explain every step in the process of purchasing a vehicle. When the final numbers were in the computer he carefully made sure that we both came to the same solutions. I really like the fact that he didn't attempt to hard sell products that I didn't want rather explained them in full detail and left me to decide. The mathematical process of calculating the cost of a car can be somewhat overwhelming to some people. I feel the William would take the time to fully explain the process to a math challenged person. The final step in purchasing the truck was easy and painless. Just a footnote----Our son Craig Ragan was the person standing by the girl in the Dodge Truck Christmas commercial 2011. The cabin that was built around the Christmas tree.

Excellent overall experience--way better than some other places I've been. I was satisfied with the final price, but hey--who knows what the real "best" price would have been (at any dealership). The paperwork process was quick, easy, informative, and all the numbers matched the quote--not so at some other dealers.

Needed to purchase a car to replace my Intrepid that was going to cost me a lot of money to repair. I stopped by on Monday to look for ideas. Although I was met as I exited the car, the staff was very helpful in answering questions and not pushy in trying to sell me a car immediately. They were very knowledgeable about the cars they sold. I found a 2011 Dodge Avenger Lux that was very appealing to me. They offered to let me take a test drive, when I told them I needed to do some research, they said fine and that they would take me out whenever I was ready. I appreciated that. I returned on Tuesday with a friend to get her opinion and take the test drive. When I decided to buy, they worked with me to get the best deal/rate and gave me the price on the Internet. Every question, I asked, they provided honest answers. It was a quick transaction once we started, and I drove away with the most gorgeous vehicle, at a great price. I will continue to visit Gresham Dodge whenever I have car related needs. They know how to treat their customers.
