Bought a 2016 Ram from this dealership.

Bought a 2016 Ram from this dealership. Engine light was on within 2 weeks of purchase. Was charged $200 to diagnose and $5000 cost to repair. Many calls and visits to the dealer they offered a small discount to fix. I called yesterday 3 times to see if I can further mitigate the issue and was told each time the manager was busy and that I would hear back. No return calls. Gresham dodge sucks for customer service and I won’t be going back.

I noticed the check engine light was on when I took the

I noticed the check engine light was on when I took the Jeep out for a test drive. The sales manager who was with me on the test drive said the check engine light would be quick to fix and said he would have it done by the time before the paperwork was completed. I told them to get the basic information to run my credit so I can come back in the morning after I cleaned out my truck. Gresham Jeep proceed to do the paperwork and had me sign the paperwork last night. I told the sales manager I had not eaten and he continued with the paperwork. I got a text this morning saying the Jeep is on the schedule to get looked at today and he would get back to me on the status. I wasted my whole day waiting for an ETA on delivery. It is now after hours and no word on ETA. I think that is poor customer service. I would have been fine if he set the expectation of late day or even tomorrow. I wasted my whole day waiting for his call. I had golf round in the afternoon and dinner plans that I cancelled because of this. This is NOT GOOD customer service.

Worst buying experience ever!

Worst buying experience ever! Ripped us off on trade in and made us sign a no buyers remorse paper probably because so many buyers feel violated after buying here. I intend to report to the better business bureau and leave public reviews.

We went to this dealership because the advertised price

We went to this dealership because the advertised price of the vehicle we got was the same price as a used vehicle that was two years older. It seemed like a no brainer to get the new car that cost the same as the used car. Ended up going with a lease for cheaper payments, but put more money down for the lease that what we would have liked. We were also not walked through the lease paper work during signatures and when we went back the next day to try and switch to financing, we were told the price jumped up quite a bit and that the incentives we had weee now gone. We could not afford the new cost to finance and so felt we were between a rock and hard place to stay with our less than ideal lease agreement. We were also told we could not cancel the sell even though it was less than 24 hours. Felt like we got scammed and took advantage because we had a young baby with us and our attention was shifting between the car buying process and our child. It would have been great it they slowed down the process and said whether or not this deal was in our favor. That didn’t happen and now we have a sour taste in our mouth.
