Back in October 2024 I took my Dodge 3500 into Gresham

Back in October 2024 I took my Dodge 3500 into Gresham Dodge for service. Once work was completed someone took sit out for a “Test” drive and ran into a pole of some sort causing about $15,000 in damage. I must say they made some quick repairs so I could go deer hunting. I returned the vehicle 2 and 1/2 weeks later. At that time, they said they had no loaner to give me. I also left 2 messages requesting a call from management which never came. They had possession of my truck through part of October and all the way into March of 2024 (5 months) and offered no compensation for my loss of use. If you choose to use Gresham Dodge understand the customer is not number 1. As a side note the shop that did the repairs (Not Gresham Dodge) did an excellent job.

Ben and his team went above and beyond to be honest and

Ben and his team went above and beyond to be honest and get me into a awesome car. I had been at Olympia Jeep the day before, and they were giving me false information trying to push a vehicle on me and keep me from going to your dealership. Ben was extremely transparent and made me feel comfortable and not like I was being taken advantage of like I felt at the Olympia Jeep dealership. I made a 3 1/2 drive to your dealership and will gladly do it again for service, parts or to buy another vehicle because of how this team treated me and wanted my business.
