Took my car in because I heard a tick, got told that it was the beginning of lifter failure but because nothing was wrong yet they couldn’t replace under warranty so I had to $620 then when getting my car the engine light was on because of them and told me they would call back with a rental car never received a call, had to reach out three days later because I heard nothing and they closed the case even with my engine light on and car not done. If your service ladie is Katie, request a new one. Better yet don’t come to this location, I’ve never wrote a review before but the lack of customer service and the problems this came with I felt obligated too.
