A toxic clown show. Perhaps the worst dealer I’ve ever had the misfortune to wander into. I would rather ride my bike than buy another car from them. Caveat Emptor.

Purchased a 2023 Pacifica. Great service from Yousif and Amed.Yousif really went out of his way to get use the car we need at a good price, Many thanks to Him! Only complaint is the amount of time it took, we were there for hours.

Bought a used vehicle 8/7/23 vehicle needed a new headlight. I haven’t been notified of when part will be in or appt date. Called several times with no avail. Love buying a vehicle that’s not to legal to drive at night. Will not get any praise from me or my son.

Ashley was extremely helpful and respectful. She talked to me as if I was an actual person and not just another deal. she was able to get me the car that I wanted and in a short amount of time.

Service was great I didn’t feel forced or talked down to about what I was hoping to find. They worked with me took their time and made me feel valued

Negotiating was fair. I could not pay the price asking and worked with them to get to where we were both comfortable.

This dealership is top notch! On Sunday July 30th, 2023 my wife and I took a day trip to Portland to look for a new truck for my family/business. We had visited several dealerships that day, and most were pleasant, however this Gresham Dodge Delaership and its sales staff stood out to me and my wife. Starting with Shareen and her warm/welcoming greeting and kind inquiries about what we were looking for that day. With her one of the sales managers, was quick and ready to assist, we were informed that Shareen is new to the dealership. Both were so personable and I appreciated their candor and patience with us, as our 6 mo. Old had been a bit fussy after a long day, in fact the manager helping us had shared stories with us about his own son and family, and shared some fruit he had as a snack to help console our daughter. Shareen is very personable and professional, the entire experience felt more like a casual and candid conversation rather than just a sale. They had even started out recommending a truck that later they realized wouldn’t be a good fit and were up front and honest about it. From the car lot to the sales floor and into the finance office our experience at this dealership with Shareen and the sales staff was definitely the best thing Corrientes I’ve had and would credibly recommend them! I love my new dodge truck and feel great about the purchase! Cheers!

This dealership broke the law and sold me a vehicle that was not road safe nor able to pass the DEQ emissions testing. The driver head light was not working and the passenger bake light was busted also there was a check engine light on. The entire time the salesman was pushing me so hard to get a deal done quick. i even told him that I wanted to come back the next day but he insisted that I would be going home in a new vehicle tonight. I knew about some of the issues with the lights. But they told me that the mechanic was fixing those as we were negotiating. Then as I was driving it home the check engine light came on. I had to go back and fight to be treated remotely fairly. It took me escalating to the General Manager before they even came close to trying to resolve the issue. Even then the GM refused to unwind the deal. He forced my wife and I into another vehicle. This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had. If I could give them negative star rating I would.

Great service, no pressure sales. Went the extra mile in finding us the right car.
