Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Took my car for repair, & picked my car up & it had been hit!! now I have a big dent & scratches. Car had no dent or scratches when dropped off, was told it was nothing they could do. But how when my car got hit on you guys car lot. Very frustrated!!!!

Sale staff was fine. Reason for low rating is check engine light came on day after the sale. Also headlights and one taillight have water in them. The check engine was taken care of but the headlights were not. I was told they would be.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Yousif did a great job helping me get my car! But a little bummed I received my new car with an empty tank.
