Very courteous, friendly and professional. We were made to feel comfortable. Felt like we were amongst friends. Enjoyed the no pressure atmosphere. Pat and Mike served the dealership well. The car we are enjoying. The only two things that come to mind are that the windshield wiper solution reservoir was empty and all the tires were over inflated to 45 pounds of air.
