Maurice was the best!

Maurice was the best! Fun, honest, courteous, and knowledgeable. Will refer him to everyone I know as we all know nobody looks forward to going to the dealership but he made it fun

This dealership provided an exceptional overall experience. From the negotiation phase to the detailing and financing process, the entire process was remarkably seamless and efficient. I arrived with a specific price point in mind, and they were able to negotiate a mutually beneficial agreement. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dante and Maurice for their exceptional work in securing a deal that aligned with my needs and those of my wife. They came In other their days off and worked tirelessly to get us into a vehicle my wife and I would be happy with. I even mentioned to Maurice that he looked exhausted and tired and yet he still chose to come in and help me get me what I needed. He also took me on a pleasant test drive, both stop and go streets and a nice up to speed stretch on the interstate. Maurice and Dante were so pleasant to deal with and not pushy and very professional. Dante continued to back to the sales manager to get me the best possible deal. If I were permitted, I would rate this dealership a perfect 10 stars. The experience was genuinely pleasant. I am particularly appreciative of the Ram dealership’s willingness to listen to my requirements and provide me with a solution that propelled me forward. Thank you, Maurice, Dante, and the finance representative who streamlined the process and ensured its exceptional speed and smoothness. Gresham Ram, you have exceeded my expectations.

We purchased from out of state (Ca) and they were very helpful and made the purchase quick and easy. My only complaint is that Gresham adds Lojac and security etching which you can't have them remove from the bill. It's a small profit for them and many dealers do it, but I would prefer it wasn't done at all. This is just the way dealers make some extra money to stay positive these days given the compeditive nature of the business now. Regardless, they did remove the lojac hardware at my request although I still payed for it, so that's better than leaving it in there where Lojac can sell your information to 3rd parties. We were in and out in a few hours and got a great price. Thanks to the team there for making this happen!
