Best Customer Service ever!

I was just doing a drive-thru. Just checking out the Jeeps. A nice salesman walked up and offered assistance. I mentioned what I was doing and made a comment that I liked one of the jeeps. He offered his card and was walking towards the showroom to get it for me. The whole time I’m walking with him and my husbands driving along asking questions. No pressure at all. He offered to introduce the Sales Manager. The Manager asked if I would like to see what he could do. A few hours later I left with a beautiful Jeep Compass Lattitude and No stress!!

great experience

Everyone I worked with at Gresham dodge was very professional. I didn’t feel at anytime like I was being pushed into a deal that I didn’t want. Props to my salesman. He made it a great experience

Love the Gresham Team

Love your Team!!!!!!! The guys were great and on top of things They kept me happy and they were covert quick know I was 1) under the weahter and 2) I had some where to go

Great experience

Very easy, no pressure experience. Even the financing portion was a breeze. Every interaction we had with multiple employees was positive. Highly recommend this dealership!

Worst car buying experience in 50years

FIRST: WE LOVE OUR NEW JEEP. MY WIFE HAS HAD 5 JEEPS. She decided to go back to a new Jeep. We got our Jeep but 2 days of a nightmare process. Salesman claiming they were “salesmanagers “ No knowledge of prices or what options came in what packages. Deliver car missing the one feature that my wife wanted. Then turned conversation around that it was our problem. Turned us over to another phony “sales manager”. First salesman said the missing option was an additional $895. We had already taken delivery. Next man said first salesman didn’t know his prices and had been demoted. It would be another $3000 package to get what she wanted. Take it or leave it. WOW Read. the finance paperwork. Found a $300 mistake. A polite expenation and apology for their rudeness and un truths. We live in Gresham and fell we should do business local. There are many Jeep dealers in the Portland/Vancouver area. We just picked the wrong one.

Zach was great!!!

The only reason for scoring everything high is because of Zach. I made an appointment with Gary for Sunday at 2:00 pm. I had already identified the vehicle we wanted to drive and hopefully purchase. We were running early so we stopped for breakfast and I messaged Gary that we would be there at 1:00 pm. He messaged back and said OK. When we arrived we asked for Gary and was told he was out and would be back. So Zach went to find the truck we wanted to look at. He was gone for a bit of time and then we were able to drive it. The sad part is that the truck was filthy. It looked like it has been on the back lot for some time and was covered in dust and pine needles. I was disappointed in the fact that I went out of my way to make an appointment and once we arrived nothing was ready for us. Buying a vehicle should not take 3 hours. I have a lot more to say but I am still exhausted from buying the truck yesterday.

So I was looking at this jeep online at Gresham dodge dealership..the next morning I went there just to look ..I knew that I could not get out of my truck and in to a good jeep wrangler ..well I was wrong I got that orange jk jeep wrangler that very day ..wow what a great team at Gresham dodge..thanks mike and jo scanlon..

The Day I Set Out To NOT Buy A Truck

After a disappointing encounter at a dealership in Milwaukee I went to Gresham Dodge. So happy with my decision and kudos to Tania K. and associates! I felt right at ease with Tania and told her what I was looking for. She took an interest in my goals for wanting a truck and understood and respected my parameters. After test driving the Big Horn (she was not aware that I had been to another dealership earlier that day) I said I would take a baby step and move to the next sequence of buying. Baby steps lead to signing but only after a few give and takes with offer/counter offers. Everyone who participated in this was just stellar! Paul, Luke and Brenna and especially Tania, Thank You!!! You all were respectful and professional yet made the whole encounter relaxed and allowed me to go at my pace! I had been looking and doing my research for over a year so this was not a spur of the moment buy! This truck ticked off all my check marks and then some! I LOVE SASSY RED (Yes, I named my truck)!!! We will be going on many adventures in the upcoming years!!!

Quick amazing and friendly

New truck purchase

They were so kind and helpful. Tony Jackson was my sales man and he went so above and beyond for me. He even catered to my son who's 11. There was no "pushy" sales people. Tony even suggested at one point that I wait a few weeks or months so I made a decision I would be super happy with. It took me 2 full days being indecisive individual I am. The sales manager even took the time to search inventory and talk with me about what I was comparing and helped assist in finding me a truck that met my towing needs without taking on a diesel which also gave me a lifetime warrenty. It saved me a lot of money. They care at Gresham Dodge! I got more than a new truck, I made friends! Please ask for Tony Jackson.
