It took less than 2 hours and possibly less than an hour, but I can’t recall. They definitely got me in and out. Myreon Shockley was personal and provided great service!

Compared to several other Hyundai dealers I've been to,

Compared to several other Hyundai dealers I've been to, McDonough is definitely above average. Staff is friendly, facility is clean and modern, and in stock inventory is plentiful. Pricing is very competitive but best of all, they do not force you to buy dealer add-ons. Our salesperson Jamaal was accommodating and helpful. We ended up purchasing a new 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy which is quite nice though I prefer my wife's Palisade. Our experience was not perfect, but overall much better than average.

My experience with Ricardo Calix far exceeds any experience of outstanding customer service that I have ever experienced. Every single individual was extremely gracious to me. Even the other employees that walked past me spoke and was very friendly.

-3 hour wait time for a less than 15 part change. -Never checked in with me to let me know service is taking longer than expected -was charged a deductible charge; that I later found out, I wasn’t supposed to be charged on a warranty item. - dealership manager refused to take my call; receptionist stated he was tired up with other customers
