The service was good today , A little slower in wait time compared to my last visit 2 hours today and 45 minutes last time , overall a great place to come and wait lots of amenities are here

Im writting this review with regards to both Gabriel, my salesman, and Vitaliy, my finance rep. I reserved a rav4 a little over a month ago with Gabriel. Through the process, Gabriel was helpful in updating me on the status. The car took a little longer than anticipated due to the crazy weather weve had, but who can control that. Today i finally got the text that my baby was here. Gabriel even took a quick video of the car for me to see it before i came in. Gabriel was super helpful with getting me the best deal on my trade in. Im not much of a talker so i appreciated that he was straight to the point. I was then helped by Vitaliy who was super helpful in explaining everything, my different options but was never pushy. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Ive purchased vehicles before and this was by far one of the easiest, most straight forward, chillest experiences ive ever had

Jesse is the best 👍 I've had my car serviced here for years, but he's the best I've ever had! Friendly and patient, for the first time got a clear picture of what my car is now and what needs attention, what needs to be replaced, why and when (I don't know anything about cars, it's not easy).

This is probably one of the nicer Toyotas I’ve been to. My service writer Ali was excellent. Super helpful, informative and most importantly, NOT PUSHY. Looks like I found my new home dealership for oil changes and other services. Thank you, Ali!
