I not only bought one but 2 vehicles within one

I not only bought one but 2 vehicles within one week They promised to fix a bumper on one of the trucks. They promised us a rental on the phone.When I got over there they said they don't do that. I missed a day of work for being lied to.The service had cleared this with management and then they denied us a rental. So everyone I refered to them I've since said forget it.we we're also promised 500 for 2 purchases which we also did not get. Lots of broken promises. Do not deal here. Many lies to get you to buy.They also will run your credit 7 times until they're satisfied they will not listen do Not give ss # to them until you chose a car and tell them 1 time.they lost business from us.our salesman has quit along with other staff since we started with them 3 weeks ago. If they can't keep help that speaks volumes.

Maybe my review will get the dealers attention to make this right!! 🚨🚨🚨 I bought a used 2024 Ford f 150 Tremor from here & went over the basic details over the phone about my trades with a salesman & the general manager /partial owner apparently named Bill. After arguing about the crazy payments they were trying to give me without even running anything through the bank to get actual numbers, the manager came back to me to apologize after telling me he's been doing this for so long he knows I won't be approved without running anything... So he gets cocky & says okay I'll run it & show you, then apologized after it was approved for $500 less per month than what they were trying to get me to sign on. We agreed to 25k on my trade of one of the vehicles I traded & I find I was shorted 3k when ready to sign paperwork which the place was already closing down the sales man was gone along with practically everyone else. They delived my vehicle without being detailed & with an empty tank of gas (9 miles before empty) which is insane after getting a 60k vehicle, plus it has 3500 miles over what was advertised online. When I came back to bring the other trade in I was promised another key fob that was supposed to come with the vehicle originally (someone lost it was the story I got) & talked to Bill about why I was shorted 3k on the trade, he responded I can get you a check for 1k does that work, I don't know what happened & we'll get you the key ordered. It's been 3 weeks now & I've called day after day leaving my name & number for a simple call back but he conveniently is always either in a meeting or with another client! The salesman I had who is now gone, spoke poorly of the place practically the entire time I was there, I see what he means & understand why he left! BEWARE 🚨 this dealer is shady & don't care about their customers at all.

I’m not happy with the way they do business They

I’m not happy with the way they do business They advertise a price then jack it up also sold me a damaged vehicle the frame is so rusted out my service center said they won’t work on it and it is not safe to drive

So I went to look at a cash car, first none of the sales

So I went to look at a cash car, first none of the sales people could answer any questions over the phone. It was very clear, this coming from someone who worked in franchised dealerships in all departments and grew up in a franchised car dealership, that they had not been on the floor long nor did they know the first thing about a vehicle. Problem 1. The sales people were awful, could not answer anything did not know anything. Problem 2. Management was terrible, they did not know if they had a title or not, the manager treated me like someone coming into scam them over (turns out he is the owner). Problem 3. It was implied a SAFETY inspection had been done. While the dealer refused to hand over a copy of the UCI report I made the wrong decision and assumed because of the kind of dealership I was raised around had morals that all chrysler franchise dealers would have the same. That was not the case. This vehicle had either been inspected by Ray Charles or not at all. I knew by the test drive it needed shocks, o2 sensors, and spark plugs. Well I made it home after a 300 mile trip home and it dies. Turns out the brakes are gone, there is no sway bar links, the Trans was shot (cant prove anything i can see this being missed in a uci), motor mounts non existent (did not need spark plugs the mounts were so far gone the motor running was shaking the vehicle), brake booster failure as past and present code thay had at one time been cleared to sell it, and some other safety problems. Attempted were made over 17 times to contact the dealer with no response, no nothing. Then I get an email about paperwork not being done right with no document to sign. Still no return calls, no answers from Mr. Willoughby or anyone. Its sad because I have had good luck with morehead tim short. This maysville tim short chrysler dealer is easily and nicely put a joke. They need more qualified sales people and apparently a more qualified business model to run it. The only person that got anything done was the F&I guy. I have seen some sloppy dealers but this tops it. I have seen better small used car lots than this place. Oh well, lick your wounds and move on. Turn a $8500 vehicle into a $14000 vehicle thats worth $7k. Bad business is all I can say.

Would not buy a Tesla at this point. 5. Am not James. 6. Ya xxxx with my credit score, I'll be in the sales for in 24 hours. Now leave me alone.

Jordan was great!

Jordan was great! Did most of the deal via text and spent less time at the dealer than the three hour drive it took me to get there from out of state. He was super polite and met my deal needs without much ask. The car is perfect and feels brand new. 100% recommend this team!!

I truly felt like I got a great deal.

I truly felt like I got a great deal. However, the customer service was very disappointing. We were left unattended for over an hour twice not knowing what was happening again great deal I believe however customer service was not up.

This place is a joke.

This place is a joke. I drove over an hour to find out one of the cars I wanted to see wasn't in running condition. It was listed as a Hot Car on the website, and I called before I drove there and they told me it was still available and for sale. Then I find another car and it took them 30 minutes to find the keys. After I test drove the car I came back to talk about buying the car. I offered them $500 less than the asking price, and they came back asking $1,000 more than the price online and said it was because I didn't have a trade in. Are you serious? Then I was told there was a $799 lot fee, and it was sitting in a field with a bunch of junk cars that wasn't even for sale. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Worse car lot I have ever been to!
