Seemed great at first, informed me I qualified for a

Seemed great at first, informed me I qualified for a decent interest rate on a loan. That's pretty much the only information I got on the financial side of things. I didn't get to agree to anything else when it came to cost and financing. I wasn't even sure I got a loan through their financing department When I left because I didn't get to sign for anything agreeing to charges. I specifically said I didn't want gap through them but was informed the cost included gap when I was trying to get information about the financial break down. I also received a text with a screen shot of a calculator when I asked how the monthly payment at the term and percentage rate made any sense and the screen shot said ' this is how I make sense of it". Very rude, especially sense no one will send me anything involving the actual breakdown of the cost they put a loan in for. I've texted multiple times requesting information and called and left a message twice requesting this information. It's ridiculous that they have a loan out for me that I did not v verify or agree to or see documentation on. It's a 7.29% interest rate at 75 months for 286 a month(from what I was told after requesting a full breakdown be emailed to me, which I still haven't seen) for a vehicle that they said they were honoring the online price of roughly $10500(because I was going to finance through them). And they did charge my card a $1000 down payment. Even with tax title and possible normal documentation fees 286s month for 75 months for a $10500does not add up to me. Can't even cancel the happy insurance I said I didn't want cause I don't have any documentation on it.

I bought a 2020 Gladiator from Tim Short of Maysville

I bought a 2020 Gladiator from Tim Short of Maysville with an Engine Ticking and They said take it to any dealership in the country because it has a lifetime warranty. I went to my local dealership 2 times to get it fixed (150 miles close) they put in both right side cams and rocker arm set. Still has a noise so I called and Mr Wiloughby said I should have brought it to them first so don’t come back, they won’t work on it, don’t call and don’t set foot on this property “He sale was as is now”. The ticking is still there. 7 months later still not fixed

Beware!

Beware!!! Run!!!! This is the most dishonest, conniving dealership I have ever dealt with. And they are very slick about it. If you go there, be sure to listen to every word, ask questions and ask for everything they tell you in writing. If something doesn't sound right to you, follow up on it and get it in writing.

Called about a Ram 3500 and was told it was on a test

Called about a Ram 3500 and was told it was on a test drive and if the deal didn’t go through he would call me back. About 20 minutes later I received a call informing me it was still available I told them I was interested and had already had financing and just need to find me a truck. I put a deposit down and proceeded to the dealership that next morning from the time I arrived at the dealership to test until I was leaving out the door was less than 45 minutes. They really lived up to that motto the easiest place to buy a car.
