My son bought a GMC used from them had a good experience

My son bought a GMC used from them had a good experience with the salesman came home talk to me and his two uncles into going down and buying a truck at the same dealer. The GMC that they have sold him is a rust bucket and we have attempted getting them to help us out with this Vehicle that cannot even be inspected because the frame has rusted out on it and he still owes $20,000 he has called them four times trying to get them to help him get into a new vehicle without having to owe this $20,000 from this rustbucket that they sold him So they have lost four customers I do not recommending buying anything from them. They do not appreciate their customers

If you’re looking to use this dealership over any other

If you’re looking to use this dealership over any other dealership, you may want to read this review first. My wife and I purchased a 2024 Yukon AT4 off their lot. Our experience with it was your typical routine however, I will say they will not push you or make you uncomfortable when deciding what you want. Every employee we came across was extremely courteous and respectful. The original process was pretty good. Now fast-forward to three days after our purchase and our brand new vehicle had broken down and the part to fix it was months out.( This was at NO fault of the dealership! They can’t control parts failing.) We had a family vacation planned and no vehicle to get there. This dealership right here in my opinion, went above and beyond their call of duty And personally dropped us off a rental to use to our home over an hour away. They also provided some extra support that I won’t mention on here because of some people out there will try and take advantage of these guys. But let me just say this group of salesman is second to none, not that my opinion matters anymore than anybody else but coming from a 15 year US Army veteran I wouldn’t recommend anybody else over this dealership or the group of individuals they have working under them. I am forever grateful for everything this dealership provided for us in our time of need. A special thanks to Brandon Stone our salesman along with Rick Valnti, Christian Garn, General Sales Manager Pete Pierce and the owner of the establishment.
