I recently purchased a CRV which was coming into the dealership. Robert was very professional and personable, and made the experience easy with no surprises. We had an outstanding purchase experience with CMA of Lynchburg. Robert was incredibly kind, personal, and demonstrated great hospitality through the whole purchase process. We are very happy with our vehicle choice and appreciate how he went above and beyond what other dealers would do to make this an easy transaction! Called multiple times and left messages at the service

Called multiple times and left messages at the service dept to Call me about getting my 2024 honda passport serviced but they won't return calls. I even called sales and someone there answered and transferred me but same thing happened, was told by a answering machine to leave a message.

Service department needs to get on the ball.

Service department needs to get on the ball. I have been waiting for a "safety recall" repair since May of 2024. It took two months for someone in the service department to return my call. Finally after someone did return my call I was told Honda had issues the parts to do the repair. Strangely on the recall notice it stated if you already have paid to have this repair done Honda will reimburse you, wonder where those parts came from. I called frequently to check afterwards. In September I was told Honda was sending parts out to do some of the recalls they would check and let me know. Never heard from them again. I called the dealership in Roanoke and they confirmed Honda had not issued the parts to do the repair and American Honda would be sending out a letter when the parts will be available. I received the letter in December that the part were available and to bring the vehicle in for repair. I called the dealership to schedule an appointment. No one answered so I left a message again no return call. I called again the next day surprisedly the service manager said I was just about to call you, I thought yeah right. Anyway same old story they didn't have parts, when said I received a letter saying the parts were available he response was "I don't know why they sent that out saying that because we don't have the ". This conversation was on 1/9, he said he would check with the parts department to see if they could find out when they would be coming in and he would call me back. Today is February 5th and I haven't heard from him. I called Priority Honda in Roanoke and got an appointment to have the repair done. The Lynchburg Honda dealership suck at communication and it makes me think the service department would be just as bad. The is one Honda owner that will never know I go with Priority for any future needs.

Hey All Be carefull.

Hey All Be carefull.....Read your contract.! They added a Zurick Key Replacement Ins. on me for an added $860.....Never said or gave me any info. about this..BTW Still waiting for my Title after 25 Days?? Hmm only have 30 day temp Tags...Leo the Sales guy was Top noch....Dealer not so much...
